PLEASE READ: Please send an inquiry with details of your stay DO NOT SEND A REQUEST OR INSTANT BOOK before we both agree this stay is possible ! This property is a long term 1 or more months and last minute pre-approved short term stays This two bedroom located on Historic Federal Hill hill is in DePasquale Square and Is very close to Down-town Providence and several Universities. The unit is a second floor with a private entrance and a large porch with a eating table and rocking chairs that overlooks DePasquale Square the Unit itself has two bedrooms one large bedroom with a king bed two nightstands with lamps and a closet the second bedroom is very smal with a twin loft bed with a futon below sleeps 2 It has a 32” Roku smart tv in both bedrooms and the living room has a 50” Roku smart tv Due to the recent problems associated with Covid-19 we are forced go more long term stays and last minute few night stays so please do not send a request but please send an inquiry first to see if it’s even possible to host. It’s also located in DePasquale Square which is very busy at night there are 5 restaurants that play music till closing time
