Our stay at The Rock House was an experience full of ups and downs. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though the hotel wasn’t quite operating at its full potential. We waited a very long time for our bags to be delivered to our room, and overall, service throughout the property— and even across the island—was quite slow. The only team that stood out for their attentiveness were the pool area staff. The property itself is beautiful, and the rooms are nicely designed. The hotel truly has a lot of potential but would benefit greatly from refreshing and retraining its staff. Unfortunately, our checkout experience was especially disappointing, as we were wrongly accused of damaging the TV. Although the situation was eventually resolved, it left us with a very bad impression. Thankfully, the General Manager genuinely understands hospitality and knows how to prioritize guests. Overall, once the staff matures and service improves, The Rock House has the potential to deliver a true 5-star experience.

This resort was INCREDIBLE. We went here for our honeymoon and it was a very romantic experience. Gorgeous location with beautiful views, the pool is so nice, and even the beach area, though small is very secluded and private which is nice compared to the other open beaches in the area. By far the best food we ate our whole trip was at the restaurant at the resort, nothing compared! All around great service, beautiful stay, lots of fun free amenities on the property, paddle boards, pickle ball courts and paddles. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

This boutique hotel was absolutely beautiful! Tranquil beautiful beach view with an amazing staff who are very attentive to the guests. Conveniently located just 10 to 12 mins. From other hotels and shopping 🛍️ not to mention just a 7 min ride to the airport. The General manager made it his business to speak to the guest and the food was delicious. I would recommend the Rock House to all my family and friends.
