Our room was exceptional in Building 4 with pool access walk out. Absolutely beautifully appointed, clean and the pool access was wonderful. The dining options are very limited and service across the property is really spotty. It didn't give "exceptional service" at all - more mediocre.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5, kids ages 9, 12, and 14. The property itself is beautiful and the grounds immaculate. My only complaint is that the pool got a little murky, but I’m sure that is hard to combat with all of the kids in and out. I did see them treating it in the morning. The reef and snorkeling was amazing and the workers at the beach were extremely helpful for everything we needed. The food was great, drinks wonderful, and the room had everything we needed. There were always chairs available and it never felt crowded. There were times when we were the only ones in the pool. I would definitely go back.

Our family just enjoyed a wonderful weeklong stay in the Bungalows at Windsong on the Reef. The resort is clean, beautiful, and well staffed. The Bungalow was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. The only downside would be the onsite dining, it was just ok. We typically ate off the resort since we had a car. The location is absolutely perfect with wonderful snorkeling right outside the resort and a gorgeous stretch of beach. There were plenty of chairs by the pool and outside on the beach. Our favorite spot was in the shaded cabanas up on the dune. We would 100% visit again and Windsong is where we will stay!

Highly recommend the Windsong to anyone traveling to Turks. It has a chill vibe and a more intimate resort feeling with all the amenities of a larger resort but without all the people. The beach and water were beautiful. The happy hour was enjoyable from the roof deck or the pool. The hotel room itself was huge and very clean. We are already making plans to come back next year.

The Windsong was great! We had a fantastic time. The people were all very friendly and happy to assist us, from the check-in to the restaurant and bars to the beach crew. Our room was huge and had a great view. We loved how close the beach was and that the “toys” were all available to us to use. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and in the rooftop bar, too. The only recommendation I have would be to maybe have some group events for the guests like a beach volleyball game or something so we could meet other guests more easily.

Everything in there was too expensive and nothing is included. The breakfast is only bread and fruit. NO protein at all. You need to pay for protein

Best hotel we have stayed at. More than we hoped for and everything we needed. The VIEWS, the WATER, the snorkeling, the staff and even a wonderful gym with 2 peloton bikes. Honestly, the hotel was fantastic. Easy, small, quiet. Not a place to party. Easy ride to the grocery store for food and we had a full kitchen to make meals if we wanted. We were there for our 2nd honeymoon and to decompress and spend some quality time together. We got exactly what we asked for. Pick Windsong. You will not be disappointed.

The beach was incredible and so was the reef to snorkel. Check in took over 30mins waiting for a person to escort me to my room instead of just giving me the key after a long flight. They do this to everyone. Food on the resort was ok and the rooms were very nice. Only annoyance was that the smoke alarm went off 6 of the 8 days we were there and all they could say is that they were super sensitive and nothing could be done even though it was a smoke free property. I dont like having a loud siren giving me a heart attack while I’m taking a nap.
