Fix the safe in room 101. I was unable to secure my valuables because the device was broken. This could cause some guest anxiety. Provide robes and slippers. The balcony is great. So, robes and slippers could maximize relaxation outdoors on the balcony. Equip the rooms with a microwave. Guests need to be able to reheat food after hours once the main lobby closes for the evening.

What can I say about this property. It is amazing. What makes the place amazing is the Staff. Let me say they are awesome, they go Above and Beyond Ashley, the first person I met and she was so helpful with recommendations. Mario, making things happen and always willing to jump in the golf cart and dirve you himself. Dodo is always on the move but has the time to ensure your needs are met Violette, wow she for sure made sure that the room was always clean and spectacular for when you return from a day out. Cherry with her smile and making sure whatever you needed was on hand, and what a nice smile. Carol, this guy, always had a smile on his face. I think nothing ever bothers him, but that smile makes your day. and to round out that Sonia and Zarek ensured to provide all the support needed that made the whole operation run smoothly. last but not least Charlie he is a driver that the hotel would call on and have to say he is amazing. I would 100% recommend when you are there ask for Charlie. Give a call or txt on what’s app you will not be disappointed, funny thing once had a restaurant call me a taxi and you guessed it, Charlie showed up. I was so Grateful.

The hotel was amazing! Our room was spotless, and very spacious. The view was nice as well. There are 2 dining options right next door. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! The pool was clean and in great condition!

Highly recommend hotel - excellent service

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, room quality, service and friendly staff..amazing location and spacious rooms. They don’t charge u for water bottles unlike other higher star hotels in the area. They have fruits, quick chocolates and cookies and buns available at the front desk which are very helpful specially when u arrive late or leave early. Staff is super friendly. Highly highly recommend.

Beautiful property and very quiet. I had a room that overlooked the marina and you could also see the beach. There are restaurants downstairs and breakfast available in the morning. It is very clean and was a wonderful stay. Takes about 10 minutes by taxi to get downtown. No local shopping. The hotel staff was wonderful and I cannot wait to go back.

This is a newer property that could use a new staff. Very cold welcome and not very friendly. The rooms are modern but you have no privacy if you’re in the bathroom with a sliding glass door. The door slides for the shower or the restroom so you can’t have both closed at once. This is a terrible design.
