We spent our honeymoon at the Zenza Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Tucked away from the busy tourist areas, it offered a relaxed, low-key vibe that was perfect for us. The hotel provided beach towels, snorkel gear, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and convenient golf cart rides to and from the beach. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, and the best part was having Smith’s Reef right off the nearby beach. We swam with sea turtles every day! The beach was never crowded, and the daily complimentary fruit, cookies, coffee, and pastries were a great touch. Plus, several excellent restaurants were within walking distance.

Beautiful Hotel (loved the clean look and modern beach color art, as well as our canal facing patio watching all the boats come and go), rooftop deck was a gorgeous place to lounge at sunset, staff was super friendly and welcoming to our family with young children, easy walk to nearby restaurants, shuttle available to the beach and a short drive (less than 10mins to Grace beach & all the restaurants/shops in that area). My only critique would be the pool was very cold (but we were visiting in December so maybe it warms up at other times of the year). We’d definitely visit again if we’re ever back in TCI!

Room was perfect, room service was great. Front desk was amazing. Location was good. Mario and Cherry made certain I had everything I needed. Unable to remember all the front desk staff but they'll were all great. The beach chairs can definitely use updating. The location of the beach is very rocky and need to be better maintained. Expedia, false advertised that there was a gym on site. However, the bikes was a great option to get some exercise. I would stay here again if I had the chance to.

The room and view was great. The entire staff was very nice.Breakfast was very basic. The beach that’s advertised by the hotel is terrible. I enjoyed my stay but I have to admit the overall experience of the island wasn’t what I expected.

Great hotel. Small, intimate in a nice location. The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were friendly. I’d definitely revisit this hotel in the future. I think this is idea of a couples getaway without all the hustle and bustle.
