Great location, but a few things to know
This is on the line between N. Truro and Provincetown. It's part of a condo complex, but this unit is ideal - it's on the end, facing the bay, and upstairs. It's not immediately on the water - you have to cross Rt. 6A to get to the water. This isn't a big deal, but you should be aware. It's a fairly busy road. There is a short staircase to the beach. But - the beach is only usable half the time. When the tide is high, the beach is basically gone. The water covers the bottom steps of the staircase. This is pretty cool, but watch the tide schedules so you know what to expect. When it's low tide, the beach becomes a collection of sand bars and it's really fun to explore and play in (but don't expect to swim - it's very shallow really far out).We had one AC installed in one of the two bedrooms. It was over 90 degrees while we were there. We found a second AC and installed it in the other bedroom. They're small units but they work. Just note "partial AC" means good luck - there's something, but no guarantees. (Before we found the other unit, we chatted with the support and they basically said "the listing says partial so you get what you get.")It says this condo is "updated." I find that hard to believe. The kitchen and bathroom are not at all modern. I would believe there's new paint, maybe windows, blinds, and decor. There's a porch with small table and 4 chairs facing the bay!
