This is an amazing hotel. We stayed for a weekend and loved this place. Room was great and breakfast even better. If you are tall, make sure you check ceiling hight before you book. Would definitely recommend.
Very courteous staff, nice room, excellent bathroom/shower and great breakfast buffet. Busy downtown location and parking can be an issue.

Perfect hotel for Stralund
Very characterful and charming hotel in a fantastic location.
The room was very nice with comfortable bed - the staff were very helpful and genuinely engaged.
The restaurant was very nice with good quality both for evening meals and breakfast.
Can definitely recommend
The five stars I am giving this hotel are well deserved. The service was amazing, location unbeatable, and the food excellent (both at the restaurant for dinner and the buffet breakfast). Great room. Don't worry about the parking. Just pull up to the front of the hotel, and someone will park your car. Then leave it for anything involving the city itself. Stralsund is a walking city, and the hotel is only a five minute walk from the Old Market Square; the Old Harbor is also very close. Be sure to climb the tower at the Marienkirche (St Mary's) for an extraordinary view of the city - easily walkable from the hotel. The Scheelehof is a cut above what one normally gets in that region. Highly recommended.
From arrival to departure the hotel was perfect: all of the staff are a delight and make you feel very welcome, the breakfasts are lovely and the rooms very comfortable

Nice hotel, extremely clean and with 3 excellent restaurants on site.
As it is comprised of 4 or 5 ancient buildings it is a little bit confusing at first-as is finding the parking garage-but overall, it was a delightful stay and somewhere we would stay again.
Located just around the corner from the Alter Markt, this hotel provides a comfortable base for exploring the town. With charming, helpful staff and an excellent restaurant, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
The hotel is a beautiful restored building. Our room was very nice and large. Breakfast was extraordinary.
The only thing we didn't like the opening times of the wellness area: No sauna or steam bath till 12am. This is your checkout time. Paid massage was available in the morning.
Room was very clean and comfy although view of city or harbour turned out to be view of a wall of a car park. However everything else was good. Bed comfy, great breakfast and fantastic location.

Historical building, worst wifi ever
This hotel is in a complex of four different historical houses. Because of building restrictions, they are joined by an elaborate labyrinth of underground corridors. The concierge was lovely and showed me to my room - he had to. I'd never have found it on my own. I got lost about 5 times in the 10 hours I was staying there. If there'd been a fire, I'd have been toast. Beautiful room, lovely breakfast, but there was almost no wifi signal in my room. Finally I found one by sitting on the toilet and leaning against the far wall - not the most comfortable way to play Words with Friends. This is a superior hotel and they charge accordingly - I expect at least a decent wifi signal. Install more routers or boost your signal.
The best location in Tourin, Poland. Right in the old quarter...just seconds from the town square and all
the shops and restaurants. Beautiful old town.....
pedestrian only streets, numerous shops and restaurants. Perfect! The hotel is clean, neat and quiet...free breakfast too! Great price.
