The staff is absolutely great, professional and kind. The hotel and room were beautiful. Unfortunately the power went out 3 different days, and the water one. There are no refrigerators in the room or hair dryers. Also, no heat. I asked for a portable heater for my room and they don’t have any. As beautiful as it was I need to be warm at night in the winter and reliable electricity.

Excellent hotel very close to the city center. The staff speak English and were very friendly and helpful. Loved this place! They served breakfast and it was quite good. There is no gym at the property. They have a spa. We didn’t have the time to try it.

We didn’t use the pool, but looked so serene. Free breakfast was really good, an actual meal! Super clean. Some reviews have said it’s musty and no air, we were in the agave room and that mini split air conditioner worked really well, a little too well lol!! Bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful and gave us all sorts of tips on what to see and where to eat - if we are in this part of Mexico again, we will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came to Cholula for a wedding, and the stayed at casa Eva was amazing , it such a beautiful place nicely decorated wonderful staff, immaculate clean. I would definitely stayed there again.

Todo excelente! El único detalle fue que en el cuarto hay una cafetera y se cayó un poco de café y tomé la toalla facial del hotel y como la toalla tenía una mancha de café me la cobraron. Lo bueno es que en el restaurante no te cobran las servilletas por mancharlas. Es el detalle con el huésped.

Buenas tardes Nos encanto estar en su hotel y muy buenas atenciones, muy amables, limpio y excelentemente ubicado en medio de las zonas centricas de Cholula. Sin embargo tiene un problema. Es imposible ir en verano. las habitaciones no tienen ventanas, tampoco aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable, no pudimos sentirnos cómodos al dormir a pesar de estar bien equipados en todo lo demas. El personal se preocupo mucho por la situación pero no fue posible mejorar el calor aun con abanicos extras. SI SU VIAJE ES EN INVIERNOS O CON CLIMA FRESCO DE MENOS DE 18 GRADOS CELSIUS - NO DUDE EN HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOTEL. Ocupamos dos habitaciones con el mismos problema. El Desayuno es excelente y con muchas opciones y el area de patio muy agradable. Muchas gracias. Santiago y Cristina y Adelaida
