There was a water leak in the room. Poor quality shampoo and hand soap. Should provide a box of tissue. Very friendly staff especially Lorena and Isabel.

This is a small hotel in a great location, walking distance to Zocalo. Hotel is clean and comfortable. If I can make a suggestion, I think it would make a great option if they would provide better quality of essentials like shampoo and hand soap. Having a small box of Kleenex and a bottle of water daily would be getting excellent ratings.

Great location, steps away from the Zocalo. Near restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and Cathedral. Weekends host many bazaars which were walking distance from the hotel. Hotel restaurant had excellent friendly service.

Me encanto este lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca de la Catedral. El personal muy atento y servicial. Solo un pequeño inconveniente con el baño pero lo solucionaron. Pensamos volver a regresar a esta hermosa ciudad y hospedarnos nuevamente aqui.

Very very loud. A lot of tours get together in the lobby of the hotel so since 6:00 am a lot of noise. Horrible el ruido hay se reúnen las personas para tomar sus escursiones mucha gente en el lobby desde las seis de la mañana ya muchísimo ruido y lo peor que se escucha dentro de la habitación todo lo que hablan afuera

Very good location,amazing view of the cathedral,self parking close by, but need to leave the key, but very safe, the only issue I found was the echo in the rooms that connected to the service areas that resonate inside the rooms,but overall it was a nice stay
