Staff was very short and made us feel like we were an interruption of their work, I booked this hotel for 3 adults, we were given only 2 bath towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, and when we asked for additional towels and toilet paper we were told that they were only allowed to provide 2 bath towels and 1 roll of paper per room, but she was going to check with management, to see if we could get additional necessities. Although, we laughed about it, I find it very inconvenient that we even have to ask for basic necessities.

My favorite hotel in Puebla. Great secure parking for motorcycles. Friendly staff with comfortable rooms. Great location near the plaza. Tons of restaurants near by.

Great location!! Loved that must-see attractions/sights are walking distance, blocks away to be exact. This totally makes up for the small and somewhat noisy rooms. The staff were great and helpful. I'd see stay here again, great price and location.

Worst beds ever

The hotel is well located. The rooms look modern, but have the hardest beds in the world. Very uncomfortable. The first night they gave me a room with no windows, and 2 double beds when I booked for a queen room. They switched me after I complained, but the bed was still hard as a rock. I stayed for four nights and it was the most uncomfortable sleep I have had in 60 plus countries and thousands of hotel beds.

PERFECT location near the Zócalo, just a block or 2 away, and removed enough to be out of most of the noise and constant activity of the Zócalo. A few times you could hear the shower drain making noise but I just closed the bathroom door, no problem. Very nice facilities, a smaller quaint and very safe hotel with a great staff. They were all very welcoming and kind to me, I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Puebla!
