Food was ok but very repetitive, alcohol was very poor quality so that all of the drinks taste horrible including the mix drinks like Pina Coladas. Disappointed as that is part of the tropical experience that we look forward to in Mexico .

Staff is overall helpful. Food is good. We did have a weird experience in the gift shop. She said it was $67 dollars, then we asked to pay in Pesos but it changed it to $77 USD, so we asked to just pay is USD since it was cheaper. It felt like she was trying to pull one over on us.

Resort was quiet, nice layout, nice pools, great shower. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Some waiters were good, others barely acknowledged us or served us (in the buffet restaurants). Food options were very limited and the food was not great, especially in the buffet restaurants. We unfortunately do not feel that we will return and would not recommend this resort to family/friends. 6, 7 at most out of 10.

Rooms were very nice, and pools were nice. Beach wasn’t the best, rocks in the water so difficult to get in and a small beach. Went in September 2025, only one entertainment which was a show for 1 hour at night and everything closed by 10pm.
