Nice inexpensive accommodations

The overall rating is based on the following points. Pro: Price is very reasonable Location is great, across street from the waterfront Private baths in each room Rooms were clean with daily housekeeping Con: Hot water was difficult to adjust in shower so shower was either to hot or it was cold. Bed was very firm, I prefer a softer bed.
