Villa Syrah is located in one of the best and most privileged areas of Puerto de la Cruz, in a safe and quiet residential area that offers visitors easy access to roads, shopping areas and attractions such as the Loro Parque and Playa Jardín , among other facilities and services. It is in an ideal position to enjoy everything, easy parking. Large and comfortable house with private pool, consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has several terraces overlooking the pool, Sea and Mountain and the surrounding area of Playa Jardín, large and independent kitchen with exceptional equipment with top quality appliances and all kinds of utensils and accessories. The house is rented fully equipped with bed linen, towels and items necessary for use and enjoyment during the holidays. The pool area is the most beautiful of the house, is surrounded by beautiful views, has porch and outdoor furniture and shower. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with extra large double sofa-bed and a children's room with TV and games.
On the top floor of the house, there are the other bedrooms, 2 master suites, one with a hot tub, fridge and balcony. The other two bedrooms are single with 1 full shared bathroom.
