Beautiful

We rented this villa for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Beautiful villa that has everything you need. Very clean and well looked after. Outside area was fab and again had everything needed. Pool was lovely and warm (keep cover on when not in use). In a quiet area with supermarket about a 10minute walk from villa. We hired a car for our full stay and would recommend doing so if wanting to explore the island. Customer service was excellent and always on hand to answer any questions from booking right through to leaving. Definitely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future 😊.

Durchwachsen

Positiv: schönes Haus, da kann man nichts gegen sagen. Sauber, groß, guter Pool. Recht gut ausgestattet, Handtücher, Pooltücher, Wc Papier, in der Hinsicht gut! ABER... Negativ: Von wegen leise und "ruhig"! Das Haus liegt neben einem Industriegebiet, sehr viel Müll. In der Straße des Hauses fahren im Minutentakt laute Autos am Haus vorbei. Die Schnellstraße ein Stückchen weiter ist extrem laut! Auch nachts! Mit Fenster offen schlafen ging nicht. Draußen liegen war daher auch nicht so entspannend wie gewünscht! Zudem regnete es durch das Oberlicht rein. Das Schlimmste allerdings: 2,3 Reihenhäuser weiter wurde ein Pool gebaut, Donnerstag, Freitag, Samstag und Montag/Dienstag war es EXTREM LAUT! LKW, Presslufthammer, Geschreie, Sägen usw usw... so nervig. Hat uns die letzten Tage wirklich sehr gestört! Als wir den Vermieter deshalb anschrieben und uns auf eine kleine Teilerstattung mit ihm einigen wollten, nahm er sich davon nichts an, meinte, das wäre nicht sein Problem weil es ein Privathaus wäre...also Leute, um das Haus herum ist an beiden Seiten relativ viel leeres Gebiet, mit Schildern von Bau- und Investment Firmen. Wenn Ihr also zu der Zeit, wo dort was gebaut wird, in dem Haus seid und wegen des Lärms nicht zur Ruhe kommt: leider bekommt Ihr da keine Erstattung! Der Vermieter ist in der Hinsicht nicht kundenfreundlich. Wir empfehlen das Haus nicht weiter.

Puerto del Rosario

We had a nice time in the house. Online pictures are not really expressing the current status anymore. There are some things which are broken/damaged but nothing to complain heavily about as it is not impacting a nice stay in the house. The kitchen equipment could be equipped much better and the noise from the highway was too loud for us during sleeping time.
