Marina Pinacate 306 Sandy Cove Refuge Wonderful Ocean View Condo

This is a lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit located on the 3rd floor of the Marina Pinacate Resort. The resort is close to the very beautiful and popular Sandy Beach. At the Marina Pinacate Resort, there is a lovely swimming pool, we have a sunbathing deck with tiled sunbeds and a BBQ pit area for all our guests. The BBQ pit is perfect for grilling up the catch of the day. The Resort is within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities which is an advantage of this resort over the rest. At the resort also there is a business and fitness center next to the lobby. This unit has a living room that has been furnished with an ocean blue couch and matching chair. There are two chairs with a matching nautical pattern on them. There are end tables, coffee tables, and an entertainment unit. There are a TV and DVD player in the entertainment unit. Next to the TV, there is another nautical covered circular chair and a very colorful floor lamp. The dining room table has a glass top with a navy blue wrought iron frame. The chairs are matching blue wrought iron with high backs and soft nautical patterned seat cushions. There are a lovely wrought iron console table and a large mirror on the opposite wall of the dining room. The appliances are white on white and include a built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, and refrigerator. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker, water cooler and blender. The kitchen cupboards, pantry, and drawers are fully stocked with everything needed to cook and entertain. The kitchen has a built-in breakfast bar with matching nautical themed bar stools. The breakfast bar is the best place to sit and wait for your morning coffee to brew. The Master Bedroom has been furnished with a wrought iron king size bed adorned with the navy blue bedding set. There is a lovely blue art piece above the bed that really ties the colors of the room together. There are matching bedside tables and a dresser to store your clothing. The room also has two sliding glass doors that lead to the patio. The main bathroom has a glass block shower enclosure which was custom made with a sink vanity that has plenty of light and enough counter space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized wrought iron bed with the blue and orange striped bedding set. There are a one-bed side table and a matching 6 drawer dresser. The dresser has an attached mirror that really opens up the room to feel even bigger and more spacious. The dresser in bedroom 2 has a TV and DVD player for your late-night viewing pleasure. The 2nd bathroom has a tub shower combo and a vanity with one sink and lots of lighting and plenty of storage space. The patio has been furnished with a seating area so that you may enjoy many nights of sunset views. At the unit, you will also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
