The location is very convenient and it’s nice to have a garage. The owner is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall good time. We did have an issue with our garage door that opened up or closed randomly. We figured out the remote from another unit was connected to ours. This was communicated to the rental company, Kivoya who “tried” to fix the issue. We let them know we would not be in the unit after 12pm and maintenance arrived after 1pm and since no one was there, they couldn’t fix it. No additional follow up on the issue. This made us feel unsafe and worried someone could break in.

Overall a great experience and very nice home. Was just not a fan of some of the noisy neighbors and the couple of times the garage was blocked so I couldn't get in. The house itself was nice, clean and very convenient. I would stay there again.

Beautiful modern place. The place needs some updates. It is set up for family. With friends, the bunk beds was good for children, not so such for adults. The water was lukewarm and no pressure. It seems to need a new water heater. Having the garage was definitely a plus for safety.

the property was OK but the air conditioning was very loud, rarely shut off, hard to sleep. No soap, shampoo or body soap of any kind in the entire place. the hot tub did not work, cold water.
