Disliked: Cleanliness
The best thing about this apartment was the price given the length of our stay. The list of things inaccurate or wrong about this listing is very lengthy. Most importantly the cleanliness, the noise, the uncomfortable beds, absolutely no great views - it's in a parking lot and certainly not oceanfront.
View from the back bedrooms to the empty dirty lot which is behind the building and trucks line up all night long to party until 1:00 AM then sleep with the trucks running all night.

Apartment described as 1 queen 2 double beds. The "queen" is the only the frame, all the beds are double beds with very uncomfortable mattresses and rock-hard pillows.

Liked: Cleanliness
Had a great trip. Host was very responsive and let us check out late, as our flight was late afternoon. Even helped arrange airport transfers. Excellent restaurant (Lalola Beach) right across the street. Ubers were very reasonable so we did lots of exploring. Definitely can get by without a car. Security guards at the complex were excellent. The building is right on the Melacon so there is a fair amount of traffic noise by Canadian standards but typical of our past experiences in Mexico. Kilometres of beautiful beaches to walk at Playa Dorado. There are beaches across the street from the building by they had a significant amount of garbage washed up on the sand. There were two grocery stores nearby and it was a lovely 3 km to the historic area and the fort. Also enjoyed the Amber Museum. We did a day trip to experience 27 Waterfalls, which was fun. Anyone planning to do this, try and book for a day no cruise ships are in port. All, in all we had a great week away from the Canadian winter.
