Domingo, Alessandro, Yarisa were all amazing. Made the experience much better. I noticed some guests being very rude to the staff at times. Go there and know some of the language of the country you're visiting. ALWAYS. You want people to do the same when they visit yours.

Overall: It’s a three stars hotel oriented more for local families weekend trip. Pros: Well kept gardens, Friendly Staff, Nice luxury's newest buildings area. Cons: Low quality Food, Limited dining options, Poor pool maintenance, No premium drinks included, Poor night entertainment, No dancing club, No a/c in many areas, very noisy, hotel area is far away from everything.
