This was our third visit (not a timeshare type of person - just love the resort.) The staff is incredibly professional, accomodating to the best of their ability and don't get me started on how amazing the restaurant, pool and beach staff is. We do recommend staying on the third floor or higher as the noise in the hallway was quite loud on the second floor. We moved to the third floor the 2nd week and I slept like a baby. This hotel isnt fancy shmancy but what it lacks in modernity - it makes up in authenticity. They have gorgeous pools, stunning grounds that are so well kept! They have laundry ammenities, tokens for 20 pesos each (1 per wash/dry = 40 pesos) available at the front desk. There are SO MANY restaurants just a short walk away from the hotel as well as a pool and hotel restaurant which serve a great variety of food of all kinds. My only complaint is that beach chair savers are a real problem and it can be really difficult (in the busy season) to get a spot at the beach. Apparently their Cabo location has stricter rules - towels are turned in at night which would really help and seems a bit more fair! Loved our stay overall and will be back!

We had the best time during our stay at Club Regina Puerto Vallarta. All of the staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. We loved seeing the friendly faces of Demian, Jesus, Eddie and more throughout our stay and stopping in to visit with them. The property is conveniently located near the Marina and the airport, and Uber rides were also very easy to get when we wanted to venture into other areas of Puerto Vallarta. We ended up receiving VIP treatment that included an ocean view and late check out, as well as deals on dining at the resort. My mom & I definitely want to come back in the future and visit our friends at Club Regina!!!

Club Regina Puerto Vallarta

Hotel was quite nice. The rooms are a bit dated but large and comfortable. A/C in the room worked beautifully. Bathrooms were clean. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel does a nice job keeping the hotel clean and landscaping in beautiful condition. Hotel location is only a 10 minute walk to the Marina and lots of retaurants. Pool was exceptional. One "negative" is that hotel guests tend to snag the chaise lounges at the pool and beach and keep them all day even if they are not there. The hotel staff doesn't enforce the requested rule of vacating the chairs if you're gone more than 40 minutes. Pool food and beverage service was slow; maybe because off the size of the area and not enough bar tenders to keep up. The hotel has a very nice gym; equipment looks new! All in all, Club Regina is a pretty nice place and I would go back.

The Regina is in close proximity to the Marina. Additionally, there are pools and the beach for all to use. The food and service at the Tenapa pool restaurant was fantastic. Service by server named Efrain was exceptional.
