The staff lacks training big time. No change of sheets unless you are there in persin supervising. Same thing with providing toiletries. I had to take the suoervisor in front of the maids for them to stop lying about doing their work Food is bad and service is worse. The place is going down.

The staff had been polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean in general. Breakfast is free but the choice is pretty limited. The hotel is close to the airport, and it was only a 25 minute walk for us as took it slow.

I was pleased with i the room. One thing I did not like was that the ac made a loud noise when it came on and off and that happened frequently. I asked if it could be dealt with at around 6 pm and they said they couldn't do anything until the next day when I was checking out.

Clean room and easy check in Went to restaurant ordered fish and chips. Worst fish and chips I have ever had!’ Fish was like it came out of a bag from grocery store. Fries were under cooked tasted terrible. My wife sent hers back.

Great place to stay. We only stay for one night in between our plane and bus rides. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If it was closer to downtown, it would be perfect. Staff is friendly and efficient. We will stay again

Yes excellent cleaner. Dhalia was great. Breakfast could be better, food over salted, Rose my blood pressure to 180. As a dialysis patient not good. Excellent staff at the breakfast meal.

The room was very clean and the house keeping service was excellent. Breakfast was hot and good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The traffic noice was awful and we were just off the street. Air conditioner was very noisy and woke us up in the middle of the night. The pool is quite small but we found a lounge and table by the pool everyday. The location is okay. On the main drag about a 10 minute walk to the marina. A guest told me they served food in the afternoon and early evening but no menu or servers that I could see. Had to walk to get snacks and beer but the Sobrino is 5 minutes by foot. I wish I would have stayed at the flamingo, more expensive but worth it.
