Hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Trolly picks up and drops off around grounds and even down to Garza Blanca. Food amazing as usual. For the first time in 4 stays my guest check in was not pleasurable. Once we got our brackets we were asked to go over and sit at the desk so they could talk bout reservations and all that. It’s a timeshare presentation. We’ve always declined and had no problem with them saying no problem if you need anything just call. This time we were told we had to sit down, my wife said no thank you we had a long day traveling and would like to go to the room, we were told it’s my job so just sit down. We sat down and she went into making dinner reservations, it was already 630 and once again we told her we just wanted to go shower. She then asked if we could come back down after we showered. We declined. That was the only negative experience we’ve ever had here. The rest of the stay was amazing and all the staff were amazing
