I would give this hotel an excellent except that it didn’t have a microwave in the room. It was impeccably clean, and the staff was very friendly didn’t get towels a couple of days that they changed the room

The hotel was lovely, loved the floor tiles and bathroom tiles. Extremely clean, friendly helpful employees. Would stay there again 2 issues - that probably would have been corrected had we stayed more than 1 night. 1. The toilet seat creaked everytime you sat down, in the middle of the night we woke each other up 2. The bed had a plastic mattress cover that made noises everytime you moved and the bed was too hard for us. But if you like hard beds you would love it

It was a nice clean place to stay, but the beds were firm and we found the pillows lumpy and hard. If something did not work right they tried to fix it right away. close to everything 10 to 15 minutes to walk to town or to Guayabitos

I booked this hotel at for a 2 night stay. They charged me 33% more than the rate quoted on Hotels'com. They said I had booked the luxury suite which I had not booked. They also charged a very high tax rate.

The rules need to be set and all guests need to be treated the same. We were told we couldn’t have a speaker to listen to music the next day a bus full of people arrived and they had a speaker the dize of a suit case by the pool and no one stopped them. The next day I took my small 6 inch speaker out to the pool and was took to turn it off. I was very upset

The hotel is nice, but the surrounding area it’s residential dirty, noisy and it’s still under development. The price it’s too high for what it offers. I would not recommend this location.
