The rules need to be set and all guests need to be treated the same. We were told we couldn’t have a speaker to listen to music the next day a bus full of people arrived and they had a speaker the dize of a suit case by the pool and no one stopped them. The next day I took my small 6 inch speaker out to the pool and was took to turn it off. I was very upset

The hotel is nice, but the surrounding area it’s residential dirty, noisy and it’s still under development. The price it’s too high for what it offers. I would not recommend this location.

Good, but over priced

Room was comfortable, and quiet. While the hotel is nice, it is over priced compared to others in the area. Service is excellent, and if it were more reasonably priced, would recommend it.

This property was very nice. It had a nice pool area and a very good restaurant. It was on a very small rocky road and we weren't too sure about it until we walked in. The staff didn't speak English but we were able to communicate. It was an easy walk to the beach and shopping.

Luxury Inn La Penita is a great place to stay. It is a short walk to the beach, short walk to shopping, and on Thursdays it is market day in La Penita, and the market is only a short 1/2 block from the Luxury Inn. The inn is in great condition, beds are comfortable. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. Good wifi and good size pool. The restaurant serves excellent food. Fresh ground coffee is very nice. Just remember La Penita is more old Mexico with cobble and dirt roads, but the people are great, the food at the taco stands is safe and enjoyable... Head down the street to Avante's for prime rib or lamb shank, but make sure to reserve your table in advance.

Great quiet resort in the heart of LaPenita/Guayabitos. Walk to everything. We rented the Honeymoon suite and it had all the amenties we loved. We will definately return.
