Over all the Rui Hotel is great but needs to improve higher quality food that actually has flavor and need best customer service in the front desk specifically. I did enjoy all the staff at the Hotel were great and helpful. It family friendly and great for large groups.

Staff were kind but disappointed with our view (lack of) and then the fact that the Jalisco being closed was not listed online when booking, so we couldn’t even go there to enjoy that area and what that hotel has to offer that’s different from the Vallarta. The music also wasn’t playing sometime’s in the swim up bar area, no sure why. We also were told upon check-in that we weren’t allowed to go to the Pacifico either. It was my husbands fiest time at a RIU so have to say that it didn’t leave a great impression. One positive he said was the food was good.

It smelled of mildew ALMOST everywhere except when you were outdoors. Food was not good at all. Seasoning was non-existent and everything was pretty much served buffet style. Staff was nice and swim up bar was decent. I might stay again if someone paid me to do so. Friends and Family made it bearable.

Clean rooms, staff was great,Norma and the crew outside in buffet where amazing,all the staff was great another special person was the man David that helped with our luggage.The only thing I could say is that the bathrooms down by the pool weren’t very clean but then you have a lot of people drinking etc,

There where too much people in all áreas, and was impossible to find a place at the beach or at the restaurants, and I can’t enjoy a tranquility vacation because it was a rush in everything.
