Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Location was great, but everything else was disappointing.
The hotel’s location was good, with plenty of things to do nearby. However, I didn’t get the room I booked. I reserved a two-bed room with a garden view but ended up with a one-bed room overlooking a roof.
On top of that, we were pressured into attending a timeshare presentation. We sat through the entire thing, only to find out we wouldn’t be receiving the gift they promised. It was an awkward breakfast with the assigned representative, and we felt so rushed that we couldn’t even enjoy the meal. Save yourself the time! Don’t bother, because they lie and you won’t get what was promised.
The staff wasn’t friendly either. Almost everyone we interacted with seemed annoyed, especially the front desk and the ladies at the lobby bar.
Lastly, the pool was unbearably hot. I understand the weather was warm, but it genuinely felt like the heater was on.
Overall: Great location, but between the room mix-up, pushy timeshare sales, unfriendly staff, and the overly warm pool, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
