Good Location

Condo is nicely situated and very roomy with 2 BR, 3 full baths, and 2 spacious balconies. Gated location with good concierge service. Condo was fairly clean but needed work. On day one the microwave; bath fan and disposal didn't work, and the main bath did not drain.
