Amazing place

We absolutely loved our stay, the location is out of this world. The host was brilliant with keeping in touch, made everything clear and even left us a couple bottles of water. The air con is in a timer so make sure you keep the doors closed in the day and it stays cool at night. We would definitely return to this property. We did a big food shop on the first day and the fridge and freezer was a great size to store everything. The panty was also good for storing with ample plates and cups. We absolutely loved our time here just relaxing round the pool. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Hopefully will be available next year. Also you do need cars as off the beaten track.

Wonderful stay

Good booking process. Accurate listing. Easy check-in: GPS coordinates supplied, easy to find with satnav. Smooth communication helped us arrive within a few minutes of the pre-arranged check-in time.Enrique, our host, met me at the gate. He was courteous, friendly and gave me a comprehensive tour of the extensive property. Photos do not fully portray the size of the rooms and the outdoor spaces. We were absolutely delighted to spend a week in the house. The views of the surrounding countryside were magnificent. The pool was a delight to swim and the surrounds were perfect for bathing in the sun.The house is very spacious and well equipped: appliances are of good quality; extensive glassware & crockery (could cater for more than 9 guests); ample towels supplied; loads of ping-pong balls; inflatables for children using the pool; very comfortable reclining chairs & sofa near the modern TV; etc, etc.There were a few signs of wear & tear in a few places but these were not significant. I am looking for an excuse to return to this wonderful place, as soon as possible. I imagine this house will be booked-up for most of the summer, likely by previous guests returning for repeated visits.Thank you for a wonderful stay, Enrique!

Magical and pure bliss

A family holiday and the most wonderful and magnificent stay. The views of surrounding mountains, peace, sounds goats and donkeys down below and up above. Nine of us stayed at this beautiful property! It was the perfect spot for resting and relaxation with good friends in the open air. It is not luxurious, just very comfortable. Old Spanish villa/farmhouse. Clean well equipped with spectacular views. Don’t be misled by the road leading up to the property. A welcome spot at the end of the drive. The pool was fantastic! Our host Guillermo couldn’t have been any nicer or endearing. Thank you 💛

Out of this world!

Wow wow wow! Where do I start? The villa was absolutely perfect for our family holiday! The villa was spotless! And even better than the pictures! It was the perfect fit for our family of 9 adults. 1. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had to change many times due to flights being cancelled & re-arranged and this was never an issue! The check In & out was effortless- which we loved! The little touches went a long way and after a late night flight a fully stocked drinks fridge with Ice was very much appreciated! Thank you :) 2. The villa is huge! The pool was the perfect size! The views are honestly to die for! & surround the entire villa. The little things like basket ball hoops & games tables was much loved by the big kids (men). Definitely re-booking :) Thank you very much for renting out this incredible villa!

Beautiful home in beautiful location

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The welcome was so friendly and we were able to check in very early which was so helpful after an early flight with children. The villa and location are absolutely beautiful. The views are indescribable and the privacy was fantastic. It is a drive to any sort of shop, but this didn't bother us at all. The pool was super and the toys went down very well with the children. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. There is no air con but this wasn't a problem for us as the weather was starting to cool slightly in early September. We loved Mallorca and would definitely recommend the villa as a great base to explore the island. Thank you!

Lovely villa for getting away from it all

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. The views from the garden and pool over the vineyards, orange groves and hills is just amazing. The outside area was ideal for our toddler as the pool is fully gated and there was a play house, swings and some toys to keep him occupied. Inside the house was cool and comfortable with plenty of space. The property is situated down a bumpy single track road, but this is a small price to pay for the great views and seclusion.

Stunning stay with beutiful scenery

We booked this holiday as two couples going with our children whom were all mostly under 5 years of age. We were looking for a villa that was safe and had plenty of space. It was exactly what we needed, a really safe and clean pool that's completely gated. There a permanent stairgate on the main stairs and Enric sorted us out with cots and high chairs. The outside is also extremely well catered for small ones and big ones with table football, table tennis, swings, play houses and toys. The villa is only around 25minutes drive north of Palma and its located in a world heritage area so the scenery is beautiful. Its completely off the beaten track and you can only see a couple of properties nearby, If your looking to get away from it all then this is the perfect place and Enric is really accommodating to make sure your stay is perfect. There is a small village just 5 minutes drive away that has a nice restaurant, local shop and bars. If you want to visit a beach then the most local is Porta Vells which is directly south and around 35minutes drive. There is plenty of space in the villa and we never felt onto of each another even though we were two families. Thank you for having us Enric!

A beautiful property

We recently stayed here for two weeks and I have to say that the photographs really do not do the property any justice. The villa and space outside are huge, perfect for two families as we each felt that we had our space. The views are amazing also. The children loved playing in the swimming pool everyday and we used the villa as a base to explore the island. It literally has everything that you could possibly need. Enric and Guillem were on hand to deal with any issues that we encountered without hesitation. The village of Puigpunyent has some lovely restaurants and should be explored. There is also a lovely pizza restaurant in Gallilea who offer a take-away service! We loved sitting out star gazing every night! I would highly recommend the property and the owners to friends and family. You do of course need a car to get around but the driveway has space for at least 6! Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful villa and we hope to be back soon (perhaps when it's not so hot next time!).

Very nice house with a view in Puigpunyent

Lovely place in the mountains. Big house with capacity to host 6-8 adults. The 4th bedroom is small with a sofabed like thing, so not as good as the rest. During summertime a place with permanent shadow is lacking. Otherwise nice and we enjoyed our stay. Its worthwhile to notice, that there is no A/C, so it may get very warm also during the night. A battery of fans made it managble.

A hidden gem

We literally couldn't have hoped for a better place in which to spend a week. The pictures don't do justice to either the quality of the villa or its setting. With perfect views & a private terrace the villa offers the perfect spot for a holiday. Despite the privacy of the villa it is well connected to the rest of the island, with most key places being within a 30 minute reach. We'd recommend anybody thinking of booking this property to go ahead & get it booked.

Peaceful paradise in a great location.

We had a wonderful week at this house, ideally located about 20 minutes outside of Palma and at the foot of the Sierra di Tramontana mountains. The house is very big, with plenty of space for a large family. The views are outstanding. We loved waking up early to listen to the birds and watch the sunrise. Evenings were perfect too : relaxing on the huge terrace by the pool. The owner is so kind and was there to welcome us when our flight arrived at night. This house is perfect for those who wish to be away from the busy touristic sights, are seeking a peaceful and gorgeous spot to enjoy Mallorca. There is a small town about 5 minutes away by car where you can get basic necessities and has a good bakery. But this is definitely an "off the beaten track" kind of place, which was perfect for us. We will recommend this highly to others and hope to return for another stay in the future.
