Arriving at the airport in Punta Cana was a headache. I need to do a better job improving the airport. Airport has a mixup open and closed areas where warm arrogates in the places that are condition and makes it very humid. The passport check is too long simply put and also the buses to come and pick you up from the airplane simply in convenience that’s for the hotel itself had a lot of amenities for children. You could also access other restaurants, but here’s the issue you had all of the travellers in the hotel booking the same restaurants so all the restaurants pretty much booked except the crappy one. We had to use tire buffet all the time. Staff are very slow and most do but speak good English even at front desk

The hotel staff are not friendly at all , items got stolen by the pool, bathroom has no cold water , we would shower before going to the room, pillows stinks, water park was closed, the reason I chose this hotel was water activity for my 2 years old granddaughter, will never go back again, But if you are interested in local culture go ahead they get very cheap deal to spend weekends there with their loud radio by the pool

Customer Service needs more improvement and cleanliness. The only restaurant that was worth it, was the Italian restaurant. The other restaurants need improvement in client service and attentiveness.
