Todos da equipe são ótimos! Alguns são mais fechados, mas no geral a maioria são maravilhosos e muito atenciosos! Nosso quarto não estava tão limpo quando chegamos, mas depois nas limpezas diárias ficou ok. O resort precisa de atenção a baratas, principalmente no restaurante brasileiro e no garden circus
Bicho na comida no restaurante brasileiro. Foi o único restaurante que nos desapontou e justamente oq mais tinham expectativas por sermos brasileiros
Achei ótimo essa tela para crianças pintarem e desenharam. Sugiro mais algumas unidades e mais entretenimento a noite para crianças.

Overall rating is give it a solid 3. Resort: The resort is massive. It’s comprised of 5 sections and you ideally will need to take shuttles to visit the beach or some of the restaurants. The resort upkeep is impressive. From lawn care to making sure the resort looks well manicured. Room: Considering what the resort looks like, I was disappointed with the room. While fairly clean, you can tell the furniture was older, areas of the walls were visibly touched up with paint to give it a “clean look” but looked like a poor job. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and felt as if you were laying on an old spring mattress. The bathroom was very dated, mirror had much wear with discoloring that’s hard not to stare at and due to possible years of water stains, we never used the hot tub. Food: I was pleasantly surprised at the food. The buffet was solid yet still my least favorite of the food. Some of the stations lacked signs for the dishes so sometimes hard to know what you’re getting. Mexican Restaurant was fantastic and wife wanted to eat there everyday. Indian Restaurant was delicious and surprisingly my favorite. Italian Restaurant was great and Italian is personally my least go to living in the states. Brazilian was awesome as well. Hospitality: This is hands down where I felt like the resort excels at. Despite having a giant water bug/roach (due to massive rain) visit us in our room, the staff quick to react. Made restaurants fun and made you feel welcomed.

The resort was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. Honestly, I didn’t think I’d ever experience non-snobby service in Punta Cana again after our stay at Nickelodeon—we had lost hope. But we decided to give Fantasia a chance, and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our daughter (the birthday girl) feel so special—without us even asking. They noticed the birthday tag she wore and would sing “Happy Birthday” to her at restaurants and even during shows. It truly made her feel like a princess for the day. The resort itself is beautiful and spotless. The splash pad and pool were fantastic, and the beach was clean, warm, and relaxing. Our kids had an amazing time and especially loved the kids club, where they enjoyed fun activities while mom and dad got to relax for a couple of hours. Fantasia definitely restored our faith in Punta Cana resorts. We’ll absolutely be back!

This hotel has many activities and much entertainment for the kids. However, I do not give this hotel a good review since my family and I weren’t helped as much as we needed. Staff is very rude and always have a terrible attitude. Transportation expects for you to know where you need to go on the first day of the trip but don't give directions properly. They made me walk from the very front of the hotel called “barrier” (not lobby) with my two small kids pitch dark outside. Since transportation did not want to pick us up even after they were called on the radio multiple times. The buffet staff and some of the staff on the restaurants have a nasty attitude and are so expressive that you can tell they are being sarcastic. I went to another restaurant outside of Bahia Prince and they have a better attitude and better service. However, like I said, this hotel is good if using only the app to reserve restaurants and plan your day activities ti prevent interfering with any of the staff since they are horrible !

While the property was visually appealing and there were activities for the kids, the food wasn't good. There were limited selections and way too much salt on most items. We were forced to eat only at the buffet due to the inability to get reservations at the restaurants. Which as probably due to the bad food. Was also surprised at the lack of staff around the pool taking drink and food orders. I've stayed at many resorts where this was a normal service. It was quite annoying having to leave the pool area to walk all the way back inside the dining hall for food. The grill option only served pizza or hot dogs. It was pretty but wouldn't return.
