All staff are 5 star everyone was very nice and very attentive to the guest. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. Cleaning was good some rooms look like they needed some updates. Air was not working very well and the door to the balcony would not close it was broken.resturants were good but wish they had more options on food for kids. But 5 stars for the all staff again in resturants/pool side and the room service was great! Food was not my favorite part but on the bright side didnt have to pay for that part.

Not safe to drink water. We did our best to keep kids from swallowing any water. Pool looks ok but is contaminated and my toddler got very sick staying at this resort. Facilities are very dated and not repaired - refrigerator in room didn't work, had cobwebs and rust while trying to set the dial to get it to work. 'Maintenance' guy who came didn't known how to plug in the fridge light which i fixed myself. Room Air conditioner control does not work - if on, its full blast, only way to turn it down is press and hold button to turn completely off. Most public areas including the buffet had no fans and AC off in 29 deg C heat. Staff were a mix between helpful and hardworking and non-attentive, didn't care, or 'sorry i speak no English'. Multiple incidents such as 'concierge' hanging up repeatedly, and another not knowing where the hotel restaurants were. App map showed restaurant in wrong location and they charge you if you are late for 'reservation'.

This hotel is extremely disappointing. Many of the positive reviews appear questionable, and based on my experience, they do not reflect reality. The food quality is very poor, and during my stay I personally observed numerous sanitation and cleanliness issues that would raise serious health concerns. I am honestly surprised more guests are not reporting illness. Overall cleanliness is lacking, and customer service is consistently poor. Additionally, I had a troubling experience with staff honesty. I asked the front desk to help arrange transportation to the airport. I was initially told it would be $40 per person, which felt excessive, but as I was traveling alone with two children and needed a reliable ride, I agreed. The next day, I asked a different front desk employee for clarification and was told the total cost was $40 for the ride, not per person. This inconsistency strongly suggests the initial quote was misleading and raises concerns about staff integrity. To make matters worse, a personal item went missing from my room. My phone charger port disappeared after housekeeping serviced the room. I am certain it was there before cleaning, as my phone was charging when I left. The cord had been moved under the TV, but the port was gone. While the item itself is inexpensive, that is not the point. When personal belongings go missing, it creates a feeling of insecurity and distrust. Housekeeping denied moving anything and offered a replacement charger, which I accepted ou

The hotel is outdated- not happy that transportation was not included to and from the airport to hotel and vice versa. many of the snack bars did not have food ready at the times they had indicated. Staff were friendly. Not much entertainment for the kids that did not want to go to kids club during the day. 1 waterpark slide was very slow and the water was extremely cold. Better amenities at the adjacent Bahia hotels. Bonus that you can access those facilities. Had to wait a long time for carts to the beach. Beach restaurant had flies all over the food at lunch time. À la carte restaurants were great! Would go back but would choose another Bahia.
