Myself and family were bitten by bed bugs. They said they would test and email us a report of the findings. They never responded. We also say roaches in the buffet’s grilling area. We will not be returning.

I like the entertainment activities and events for the family throughout the day. I also enjoyed the food at the reservation restaurants only. Unfortunately, the food at the buffet was not what I expected, neither the service at the buffet restaurant.

This was our 6th stay at a Bahia property. Unfortunately for us we had a multitude of issues. Needless to say it was unpleasant. Upon arrival, I decided to upgrade our room. Our room’s air conditioner only worked one day during our trip. The room “flooded” about 4am on the third night. Apparently, the A/C unit expelled lots of water that dripped down the wall and ceiling. I had to put towels down all over the floor, as I couldn’t call maintenance in the middle of the night. Didn’t want to wake my child. I think Bahia has received enough of my money.

The was very little information given as to how to access the Bahia app.. how to use it to make reservations.. the was NO information given as to VIP so I received NO upgrades or benefits This was a very Spanish speaking property and communication was very difficult at times
