We had the Junior Suite. Our room had bugs in it. We called twice no one came. We went to guest services to report it, they said someone will come and no one ever came. The buffet staff were extremely rude, daily. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about included services offered to guest. Lobby bell man was rude. The bell man was upset because we didn’t use their recommended transportation. But I informed them that I had been asking for 2 days on getting assistance with airport transportation. And I wasn’t going to cancel my guaranteed ride. They went as far to stop my transport from coming on the property. I had to go to the front desk to tell them to let him on. Besides the staff, the property overall was nice and clean. The pool areas were great! ALL bartenders were pleasant and entertaining. Flames restaurant staff were great! As far as entertainment, I should have did more research on the resort. I believe the resort is for an older crowd and more popular to natives.

My wife and I were very disappointed with our overall experience at the resort. Check‑in took almost 30 minutes, even though the line wasn’t very long and there were plenty of staff members walking around. The room cleanliness was poor. Housekeeping only replaced the towels and made the bed, but the bedroom and bathroom floors remained dirty throughout our entire stay. Aside from the entertainment team, most of the staff were not friendly and service was consistently slow during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort allows you to book one restaurant for every three days of your stay, but reservations appear to be fully booked even though many tables sit empty when you arrive. In the shopping areas, the guys in front of the stores keep following you inside the store, and pushing you buy things. Lastly, when we went to Flame, we waited 30 minutes before anyone took our order, and the waiter only came after we called him over.

Mi experiencia pudo haber sido fascinante, pero tuvimos un inconveniente con la linea aérea y apenas pudimos disfrutsr muestra estadia. Suponíamos llegar el 11/28 pero no fue hasta el 11/30 que arribamos. Sabemos que no fué su culpa, mas yo llame tan pronto supimos que el avion no saldria para ver si se podía correr la fe cha ya que el vuelo no saldría hasta el siguiente dia, que pena que nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativas. Fue dinero perdido en un hotel tan hermoso como parece ser el suyo.

Resort is too big, no easy transportation around, the staff is not so friendly. Food is bad, buffet has a weird smell, drinks are bad, snack bar limited and you cannot take food to your room even if youre feeling sick and cannot eat at the buffet. Not recommended at all. Would not stay again.
