There was a significant security breach in our room. It may employee entered our room without knocking while my partner was coming out of the shower naked, I started yelling at him to get out of the room and he stood there like he couldn’t hear me he was attaching a sign to the back of the door and he would not even turn his head to look at me. I filled out a security incident report I will not be available for the next 30 days as I am Amend doing a medical treatment program, but I expect the hotel to at the minimum refund to the fortnights that we were there as my partner was unable to feel safe in our room and had a hard time sleeping and even being at the resort after this happened

While the rooms were excellent and well maintained, the concierge and front desk service was extremely poor. I requested an extra blanket three days in advance and only received it three days later, which is unacceptable. During my stay, I was injured and advised by a doctor not to walk, yet the resort did not even have a wheelchair available. This lack of basic guest support is concerning, especially in a resort setting. Additionally, the check-in process took over an hour and a half, which reflects very poor organization and guest handling. My low rating is solely due to the concierge and front desk service. The rooms and cleaning staff were good, but the overall experience was significantly impacted by the lack of responsiveness, preparedness, and basic service standards.

DO NOT GET THE OLDER ROOMS. Room was dirty had water and gum on side of bed/floor. Many people said the older rooms smell like mold. We complained and they upgraded us to luxury esmeralda for $200 extra. We had to wait like 3 hours for this whole change and we just wanted to go shower. It was annoying but once we were in Esmeralda we enjoyed th rest of the stay and staff there were wonderful.

The resort is beautiful the staff were great the restaurants ok the amount of restaurants you get per visit is not enough two per 5 day booking. And then there is the buffet 90 percent of the hot food is cold and the salt is heavy handed.The bar closed at 11 everyday pools close at 6 and do you research before going it's spread out and unclear what you can do or not to do bars restaurants activity ect
