DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL- We left after 1 night because it was so awful. The staff is rude. We arrived and all of the restaurants were booked for the rest of our stay so we could not enjoy one of the fancy restaurants for dinner any of the nights who were there. Our room had bugs in it and our air conditioner was leak leaking water, and there was mold in our room. Additionally, there were only three outlets to plug anything in in our room. The high stars that they have are a scam because their workers walk around and encourage you to give them five stars for the entertainment, but the only way you can give five stars for the entertainment as if you give five stars for the entire stay. They pretty much bully you into doing it and bring someone else over to tell you to do it while you’re sitting and trying to enjoy the entertainment. This hotel is a scam and I do not recommend it. It is far from luxury. The buffet was absolutely disgusting on top of it. I’d give zero stars if I could. They also would not grant us a refund even though we had paid for four days and only stayed for one. We went down to secrets, hotel, and it was amazing. I highly recommend you go there instead.

I cannot stress enough how much the entertainment staff made this trip enjoyable for us!! Nicki, Maria, Boubalou, alexis, you guys are amazing. Other than that, there were people having sex in the pool and the power kept going out atleast 1x an hour. The views and everything were of course beautiful and we made many friends, altogether made many memories but would not return to this specific location.
