Upon check-in, the first impression was good: a huge loggia, a Jacuzzi, and a pleasant view. However, during the first day we discovered several issues. The Jacuzzi was not working, the window shutters would not rise, the hot water was barely warm, and the exterior door would not close, leaving no privacy on the loggia. When the Wi-Fi in the room went out and was not fixed until the evening, we asked to change rooms.
The second room was fine overall, except that during rain, water leaked under the front door and flooded half of the room. The hot tub does not have heated water and can only be used during the day to cool off from the heat; in the evening, the water is too cold to use.
It was also very unpleasant to see broken furniture lying in the hallway near our room and a garbage area in the neighboring storage room, the door to which was always open.
On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. There were algae on the beach, but the hardworking staff cleaned it daily, and our beach was one of the best compared to neighboring hotels.
