I celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday at this resort and everything was very beautiful. The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were happy comfortable and safe. Everything was so easy and convenient. We did the safari excursion which was very nice. Our tour guider was wonderful. I wish I remembered everyone’s name but unfortunately I don’t. Mr.Joan and Mr. Jorge, thank you so much!!! Many others were beyond kind and very hospitable. We enjoyed our room! It smelled good, very clean and spacious. House keeper came everyday. The resort itself is small and quiet but had everything we needed. The food was really good and the drinks were exceptional. 23 minutes from the airport. Definitely recommended.

This property is a hidden Gem! Grounds are super well kept and the service was amazing! The food was delicious, with fresh menus every day, you could see how the Chefs take pride of their work! Special thanks to the ALL the staff at the hotel and restaurants! From Michael our concierge who made sure we had everything we need it and more. To Henry our favorite bar tender who always grate us with a big smile and prepared the best cocktails 😃 And how can we forget beautiful Jazmine always ready to help us at the beach bar! Overall experience 15/10 we will be coming again soon! 💛👏

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Willie at the front desk, and check-in was quick and effortless. The hospitality here truly stands out the restaurant staff are not only courteous but also incredibly attentive, making every meal a pleasure. The rooms offer a beautiful outdoor-inspired ambience that makes you feel connected to nature while still enjoying comfort and convenience. The food is absolutely delicious, with something to satisfy every craving. For non-Spanish speakers, communication is seamless since most of the staff speak English, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. This hotel delivers excellent service, delicious dining, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the very first moment. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable stay!
