We had a wonderful time at the Dreams resort! Tony, our butler, was incredibly helpful and attentive during our stay. We ended up switching rooms due to some construction next door and the resort was very accommodating. This would be a great resort for families, there are kid friendly pools and activities each day. We took advantage of the spa and it was beautiful and relaxing, highly recommended. The late-night entertainment was fun and something to look forward to each day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

My room front door was broken, couldn’t lock the doors unless i used my keys to lock it. Half of the items in the bathroom wasn’t working or looks broken like the mirror for your makeup and the knob for the shower. Also the bathroom always have a weird mildew smell. The shower drain always making sounds all night like it couldn’t drain the water. Room service was okay, except finding a metal string in my omelette that looks like it was from a metal sponge to clean the grill/stove, i told the supervisor about it, and they didn’t do anything about it. ALSO, if you use the app for collect tray, i would think someone is going to pick it up on the first request but NOPE, my dirty dishes from the room service will still be in the box for couple hours after claiming they “attended” my collect tray which they didn’t. Also i felt like the resort can improve in securities because a lot of ppl were drunk in the nightclub looking for a fight with other people. But i love the lobby bar, the bartender Jorge, and Rocio, are so good with making the drinks!

The food and beverage quality was outstanding, and I especially loved the Italian restaurant — it was charming, elegant, and the dishes were exceptional. 🍝✨ I’ve been a loyal Dreams customer for years, having previously stayed at Dreams Onyx and Dreams Cap Cana, but I can honestly say that this property has been my favorite so far. 🌟 I also want to highlight the excellent service from my butler, Dargeny, who was always attentive and ensured everything went smoothly throughout my stay.
