For the price paid, the experience was very much less than expected, so much so, I will never book an all inclusive package again, particularly as a Preferred Status at a Hyatt. Other than the staff that worked very hard and keep everything clean and tidy with excellent service, the experience was very poor.

The room was very clean and it was cleaned everyday. The service was great, the food was good (the only food we did not like was the hibachi and the blue grill steak house). We didn’t feel well after eating at those restaurants. Otherwise, the concierge, Breilin was great, he responded quickly and kept me updated with the daily activities. He also made reservations for me at the hibachi restaurant and surprised my boyfriend with balloons, cake, and champagne for his birthday! Everything was wonderful and I will come back to this resort.

Staff were awesome, we really appreciated our concierge, Brelin, he was so helpful, attentive, and a great resource for any questions we had. When Brelin was offsite, we relied on Angel, who again was always willing to help in any way needed. Take advantage of your conciege, they are there to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would come back and specifically ask for Brelin and Angel again.
