This hotel is gorgeous! We needed to stay close to the airport after our original flight was canceled. The rooms were huge, really clean and just beautifully designed. The food and cocktails were the BEST we had our entire trip and the staff was just incredible. We had been in the Dominican for nearly a week at a different property that was supposed to be a 5 star resort but it had not been a great experience so this was such a refreshing change. We would 100% recommend and come back to stay here.

Booked a room here late at night when my flight home was canceled last minute and everything was great. The men who checked us in and showed us to our room were extremely friendly, the servers at the bar were so kind and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. The rooms are absolutely stunning as well! I wish I could have stayed longer.

All in all hotel was not bad for the price… BUT is not accurate to what is advertised online, only has 1 restaurant to eat at with minimal food options, no one at the outside pool bar, shower was not working appropriately and took 3 days to fix after hotels called them, tv does not work at all nor does the phone. Also located in an inconvenient area where the under had to drive further up the road every time to get us. Just not where we would stay again

The staff here is very friendly. We were able to book last minute after we needed emergency accommodations due to a storm in our hometown. It is simple, but clean and the staff is very accommodating. The cafe has a very nice menu and the cocktails are delicious. The pool area is also very nice and clean!

were can I Start. I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing, the room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel is super close to the airport and right across the street from popular nightclubs like Coco Bongo, with many family restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Security was very noticeable, which made the experience even better.

Pablo is the guy you want to contact if you’re staying here and speak English . He was cool and very helpful , everybody else was a hit or miss. Also, the young lady that is the waiter for the restaurant was nice as well. Arrived the day of my ladies birthday to them saying I didn’t have a reservation made even though I confirmed 2 days before & took 2+ hours for them to get us situated but the complimentary drinks helped with the wait

Service was wonderful! They were all super super nice, ro service also did a great job at cleaning up. The food in the restaurant was great, the pool was very nice. Only down side is that our room said there was a pullout couch but there was a little table and a wire that stuck to the ground so we couldn’t move the table to be able to pull out the bed from the couch. The other thing was that not all the outlets worked for our chargers. They only had 1 frying pan and 1-2 silver ware (cups, plates etc.) in our room. The shower was beautiful.
