It was overall a good experience. The resort makes you feel comfortable as a family with children/infants. The challenges faced were the finer details; no where to hang dry wet pool items, lack of consistency in rules to request or skip housekeeping/turn down service and food quality. We had kept the do not disturb notification on for our room but returned from dinner to find housekeeping inside our room. They also let us return without confirming that we were in fact the inhabitants. The food was typical resort fare so don’t expect luxury dining. There were also a few leaks and puddles in the hallways and we saw a couple that slipped and fell.

Great resort. Just not at the price they charge for it. They are trying to portray as a luxury resort. However, the bedding, furniture and food quality is just not up to par to other luxury resorts. Though there are various options for food, the food quality itself is average. Their best restaurant is surf and turf. The bed sheets and mattress quality are far from a quality experience. The hotel is a new built so amenities are quite modern and pleasant. The Beach is gorgeous and there are enough Beach chairs for everyone. The greatest thing about this resort is the staff. They are so great and helpful especially Elena. She Made my toddler calm with her soothing voice. Overall I'd visit again, but not at a luxury price point.

I stayed here with my 17-month-old, and he had an amazing time. The resort is very family-oriented, with plenty of activities for kids to enjoy. However, I did feel that the bedsheets and pillows could have been of better quality, and the room didn’t feel as clean as I expected. One concerning issue was that my son slipped in the bathroom shower because the drain cover wasn’t properly secured, which was quite scary. On a positive note, the food options were excellent, although it was challenging to make reservations.

We just went here with a group of 7 which includes 3 young children. None of us were overly impressed which I’ll summarize below why. Cons: -Cleanliness of the rooms is a big issue. Our friends found gross things from previous guests like acrylic finger nails, hairballs and used bandaids. We found hairballs and when we opened our pullout couch it was full of dust bunnies. - our sons feet were also black from playing in one of the restaurants kids play area. It’s a nice feature to have that but it’s dirty -Another issue is the room service food is pretty awful. Their club sandwich is the worst I’ve ever had at any resort. Chicken fingers dry and hard our kids wouldn’t even eat them. The room service pizza is also really bad and not the same that is served at the buffet. -front desk service is slow! You shouldn’t have to stand there for 25 minutes to check out! 15 minutes to get a new room key card! They need more than 2 people working up there! Overall the property is pretty nice. Beach is not great though it’s windy, murky water and too wavy at times with a lot of seaweed. The main buffet is pretty good but the hours restaurants open are too late for families with young kids. 7am for breakfast buffet, 6:30 for dinner at most places! Our youngest is up at 5:30am and ready for bed by 6:30 on vacation the heat gets to them. I definitely would not return and our whole group agreed.
