This was my third stay at the resort, and this time I booked the Excellence Club. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing, as there was no explanation of what the Excellence Club includes or how to access its benefits, which felt unusual given the premium nature of the booking. I was also disappointed with the level of service in the Excellence Club adult-only section. In addition, I noticed that the food quality has declined, and the variety is not what it was during my previous visits. Due to dissatisfaction with the room in the Excellence Club section, I requested to move after the second day and was relocated to the family section, which further impacted the overall experience. That said, I would like to acknowledge the staff at the Marketplace—particularly Diana and La Lana—for their excellent service. I would also like to recognize July and Carlos from the entertainment team, who did a wonderful job and stood out positively during our stay.

While staff were friendly, service can definitely be improved. Often staff can be seem chatting amongst one another before acknowledging guests. Amenities was great, but cleanliness can be improved on along with room service without having to follow up daily.

Overall a wonderful place for a family vacation. We came with a large group (23 people total). Rooms: we got upgraded to the family suite, it was very spacious and we love that the kids had their own room. the walk in closet was huge and do the stroller no problem. Improvements: although the room looked modern, the overall upkeep of the room was lacking. The attention to detail for cleaning was needed for example; large scale build up of limescale on the taps and the frames of the doors to the washroom and shower also looked dirty. The towel bowl also needed a through cleaning. the hotel should consider adding a towel bar to the bathrooms, there is no where to hang a face towel or hand towel and we ended up having to put it on the sink. Additional hooks on the wall would be helpful because there’s only two tiny hooks beside the shower and when you have a family of 4 it’s not enough hook space which leads to people using more towels which isn’t very eco friendly. Also the toilet paper holder is an odd design it’s so close to the wall it prevents you from getting toilet paper (not sure if that is intentional or not). Pools: there are a lot of pools and what was really cool was the big blob and little blob that the children loved to jump and play on. I liked that cabana daybeds were free, a lot of times this is extra at resorts. if you prefer a quieter pool the L shaped one is good and has a juice bar right beside.

Room was beautiful and was cleaned every morning. Room service was fast and very good. The pool was vacuumed and skimmed every morning. Staff were very friendly and happy to be serving you. Food was great and did not get sick. Definitely coming back.
