This is an excellent hotel with great amenities. We stayed for five days and had different dining options every day, accompanied by great service. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was also very nice.

The good: The resort and facility (Pool, Beach, Gym, Bars...) are amazing. Design and layout of the hotel is very charming and classy. The bars and cafe are great; the bartenders are very fun and friendly and they also don't skimp out on the drinks!. The bad: Room Service / Housekeeping and Food, however are a bit inconsistent. Room service can be really slow, or sometimes they don't even show up with your request. In regards to housekeeping, sometimes they clean my room really well and sometimes they did a really sketchy job. As for the restaurant, I've tried majority of the restaurants available (they had 11 sit-in restaurants, plus 1 buffet and a few food trucks) and some of the meals were hit or miss. Some were bland, while some were overly salty or overcooked. The ones that were good, in my opinion were Brass Steakhouse (better than Dommo in my opinion), Lizo, Shoji and Surf & Turf (Lobster for days). The French restaurant was only open for 1 day of the whole week...and we were unable to try it out. We went to Brass twice; the first time was amazing, steaks were great and they gave us good cuts. Second time, more than 1/3rd of our steaks were just fat caps and 1 of our steaks were well done when we asked for medium rare (we ordered 4 steaks for 4 people). Side note, I find it odd that the restaurant would give you salt/pepper in packets instead of shaker. The hotel definitely has potential, but quality and consistency of service / food needs to be improved.
