Has a great time at this property with my mother and my sisters. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. The beach was beautiful in spite of us going on a few rainy days due to hurricane Melisa. The pools and swim up bars were the best! The drinks were very tasty and the swim up bars were never crowded. I highly suggest tipping everywhere because the staff get paid very low salaries and because they are super friendly and the food and drinks were all excellent. Hibachi and NOOR were ere our favorite restaurants but we didn't try any restaurants on the Dreams side. We did go to the gym and water park at Dreams and that was great. Dreams is right next to door and adults at Secrest have full access to dreams. Even though dreams is right next door, they must have designed it in a specific way because e never heard anything from that side, but when we would walk over to dreams they had a more lively vibe and its music and list of games and entertainment happening at their pool. Overall an excellent vacation. I already looked my next trip for December. ******make sure to take cash for tipping and tip at the bar a and restaurants. There hard work and excellent service will make u regret if you don't have cash******

una DISCOTECA y un TEATRO 🎭 real ya q los Shows nocturnos eran a la intemperie y si llovía no se podían realizar además para q tuvieran una mejor escenografía, ambientación, decoración y luces , son cosas que no debería faltar en un resort de esta categoría 5* Teatro y Discoteca , Hyatt debería invertir en eso también

We love this resort! Been coming for years. The only thing they need for the restaurants, all of them except the Japanese one, is to offer salt shakers that work.

Room was not large but conveniently located per our request. The adults only resort was a welcome change for us. It has very good pools and a great beach. We had a variety of restaurants to choose from and staff provided prompt service.

The location of this property is beautiful and amazing! We have traveled a lot of places with beaches but this is one of our favorites! Food was also amazing with so many different choices for food. Butler option was amazing with coolers set up everyday on the beach along with fruit delivered to our chairs daily.

We loved this hotel. It is a beautiful resort on a very nice beach. The service in all its areas was great because the whole staff was very nice. However, I would like to comment about a group of employees who really made the difference for being extremely polite, helpful and very accommodating. They were Bianca Guzman, Yameli Bello, Luz Mary Perez and Dany Acosta all from the Caoba Restaurant, Sauri Santana and Yeifri Jean (bartenders) and Ernesto Ortega from the enterteintment team.What a nice group of employees!!! Thank you all.
