This property was beyond amazing. I do not have one negative comment. The hotel had a tranquil and welcoming feel, like a mini White Lotus, but it did not have all of the drama. Everyone who worked there was so accommodating and pleasant. My best friend and I were there for four nights and most of our interactions were with Neil and Jonel. I hope the hotel recognizes how fortunate they are to have such passionate and caring employees. Though small, the pool was perfect, and with only 11 rooms, none of the shared spaces ever felt crowded. It was the opposite, we hardly saw any of the other guests. Get the breakfast - top-notch. The rooftop bar was spectacular too. I wished we had even just one more day to stay at the hotel and continue to enjoy the magic of this special space. I cannot recommend Hotel Casa Don Luis Cap Cana by Faranda Boutique enough. And again, thank you, Neil and Jonel, for going above and beyond to make our time at your hotel so memorable.

This was a wonderful experience! The property is beautiful! Jonel who was one of the staff working at the hotel was very nice and polite. Would definitely recommend to come.

The staff at this property is incredible. We were greeted with coconut juice and champagne, along with chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. The restaurants here exceeded expectations. We were mind blown by how good the food is. The rooftop bar has possibly the best pina colada I’ve had. The nearby restaurant, Noah, is incredible all around. It’s very easy to get around as Ubers in the area is affordable. The area is also high end, secured, and quiet. The ocean views are gorgeous, and the property is well presented. Towels and bathrobes feel luxurious. Minor notes for improvement: We wished there were more outlets in our room (the only one we found that weren’t connected to electrical appliances already was the in bathroom). As we were on the ground floor, there were bugs that easily came in. Our AC was a tad broken as it made odd but persistent noises and required some fixing. What would have been our room better would be access to a microwave and a coffee machine (although these features weren’t advertised anyway). Note that the hotel provides a bar soap but no body wash. The toilet paper could have been thicker. Our TV didn’t quite work (it turns on but can’t access Netflix and Apple TV). The bathroom mirror looked like it was a smart light mirror but the light doesn’t turn on. We couldn’t find the iron in our room but the staff brought us one. Overall we were impressed with the hotel and would recommend staying there.

This property is a beautiful and elegant oasis in the Punta Cana area. Every detail is exquisitely designed, from the stained glass windows in the main building, to the palms and orchids in the fountain area where we would have our breakfast every morning. That being said, the best part of our stay there was the staff. Jose, Janel, and Carla made us feel like honored family guests.

We checked in late evening and Jonel recieved us with drinks and a fresh coconut. Suoer friendly sraff. There is a courtyard where yiu feelnyiu are in Europe, very romantic and quiet. Walking distance to everywhere and super safe. Will be back!!.

Quirky modern hotel with super friendly staffed

Just one night before heading away from Punta Cana. The hotel is very cute, super friendly staff, quirky design. Very small pool. In a weird fake village, but with a few very nice restaurants. Would recommend as a stop over, likely not for more than 1-2 nights

I don’t even know where to start. The customer service at this hotel is absolutely A1. I surprised my husband with a trip to Cap Cana for his birthday, and from the moment we arrived we were treated so graciously. During our check in process we were served very refreshing coconut water as well as some margaritas to kick off the weekend. Check in was quick and we were escorted to our room. Our room was clean and even had the birthday decorations I asked for. We later had issues with the air conditioning in the room, but that was resolved immediately. The hotel was able to accommodate us with a different room that was even more beautiful and well kept. We were then surprised with a romantic setup for the inconvenience upon our return from one of our excursions the following day. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The staff is courteous, friendly, prompt, & made us feel more like family instead of traveling guest. If I can give 10,000 stars I would. We will definitely choose Hotel Casa Don Luis if we ever return to Punta Cana! Thank you for your services.

Great spot

Everything was great. We had a problem with the AC but were given another room with no problems. It is a great little spot if you are looking for some quiet time. It’s a little hard to find and the road is one lane for traffic going both ways so it’s a little tricky. But after you park it’s all good.

Staying at Casa don luis was an absolute sensory pleasure. It was like an oasis with lush greens and trickling water fountain next to the gorgeous blue waters of Marina Cap Cana. The service was exceptionally warm (thank you Jonel and Alejandro!). The staff was attentive and made us feel so very special. The breakfast was absolute value for money, the views from rooftop bar were breathtaking and the calmness of staying in this church-converted property was unparalleled. Excellent choice if you are looking to reconnect with yourself.

So I had originally planned on staying right by the airport as I came in the night prior to our All-Inclusive stay. All airport hotels were sold out. This is how and why I ended up at the Hotel Casa Don Juan. I had no idea this was a small 11 room boutique hotel. Absolutely amazing! Super super cool and the staff were terrific. I will be back again!

The staff are very kind and really go all out. There are not too many options on what to do in Cap Cana, but we enjoyed the few restaurants nearby, and the lovely, peaceful roof terrace. We'd certainly return.
