Highly recommend booking through Expedia for special access. The staff was friendly and so helpful. I spent my birthday here and we were treated which such care. Room was clean, facilities was also all clean and there were a variety of activities.

Rarely had hot water in my room. Dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom that were never picked up by housekeeping. Was supposed to have a concierge assigned at check in - 24 hours later I had to let them know that my concierge never reached out to me. Another guest at the pool broke a glass, staff was alerted but they did a crapy job of cleaning up (didnt move the chairs...) and i stepped on the glass and cut myself. The food overall was disappointing (including the restraunts). The AC in my room would not go below 78deg so sleeping was difficult and hot. They told me they could supply me with a wine opener for my room (told me to take my wine to one of the bars and ask them to open it. Pretty sure the resort staff over charged my friend for her excursion- they xharged her $100 and told her ot had to be cash - expedia was selling tickets for the same excursion for $58. The pools closed at 7pm which was disappointing. The grounds were beautiful but i would never return. I did do the all inclusive package.

This Melia was one of the most beautiful resorts my wife and I have visited with tropically lush paths and beautiful plants and animals. We upgraded to the Level and we were happy to have done so giving us a nicer room and also access to a beautiful smaller breakfast area right by the pool each morning. Our room was spacious and well-kept all week. It is nearly a kilometer from the beach to the main evening buffet. However, they have transportation carts that go back and forth so you can catch a ride if you prefer. The buffet itself had a large selection of great food each evening. During the day, we stayed close to the beach and pool and enjoyed freshly cooked burgers and chicken. We tried the Mediterranean and the Vietnamese dinners and both were excellent. The staff were all very polite and professional. Especially Deiby at the Calathea bar and Adriana at the Level who always greeted us with a smile. Although there were many excursions options one just for snorkeling without all the added drinking would be a bonus. We spent every evening on the third floor outside in the Level building by the beach. Each night they would have live entertainment. Our favorite was the young female solo violinist. She was amazing. This was one of our favorite resorts to date. We will definitely return.

Trouver un bon hôtel à Punta Cana s'est avéré difficile, mais le Meliá Punta Cana Beach a été une véritable perle ! Sans aucun doute, c'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels en termes de rapport qualité-prix. Tout y est pensé pour la détente. Le personnel est charmant, et un grand merci à Jean Claude Santos, le directeur, qui a été fantastique : toujours disponible, attentif et à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes. Les restaurants sont excellents, le buffet est parfaitement équilibré – ni trop copieux, ni trop léger – avec des options saines et délicieuses. Les bars sont superbes, et les restaurants à la carte sont encore meilleurs que le buffet. La plage est magnifique, et que dire de la piscine… un pur bonheur ! Franchement, un 10/10. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons séjourné à la section LeveL du Melia Punta Cana Beach. Ce qui nous a grandement plu à cet hôtel ce sont les gens qui y travaillent. Tous s’affairent à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Je nomme en particulier Juan Carlos Santos, qui coordonnait nos réservations, nous aiguillait sur les facilités du site et les activités disponibles en plus de régler certains soucis, notamment un problème d’eau dans notre chambre et des difficultés d’obtenir de petites coupures en dollars US pour les pourboires. Il a contribué également à rendre la journée de mon anniversaire mémorable. Je nomme également différentes personnes qui ont marquées notre séjour : au restaurant Quimera, Albania Casimir, la radieuse hôtesse qui nous accueil et fait des blagues avec nous, ainsi que les serveurs et serveuses Maria, Irving, Miguel. Au restaurant vietnamien Muoi, tous les serveurs qui ont contribué à faire du souper de mon anniversaire un moment magnifique (photo en appui). Au bar du lobby, les serveurs Tony et Rodolfo animent le lieu tout en nous concoctant des drinks de toutes sortes. À la plage, Félix Pichardo a fait un service hors pair. Lui et d’autres serveurs dont j’oubli leurs noms passaient très souvent à nos chaises pour nous offrir et servir nos breuvages. Le « pink panther » est devenu notre favori. Le bar Rooftop du Level est très agréable mais très peu de client le fréquente, ce qui est surprenant car c’est le meilleur endroit pour une vue sur l’ensemble du site près de la plage et

My stay at the resort was one the best experiences I’ve had traveling to the Caribbean!!! The resort is beautiful and the customer service is impeccable. My concierge, Rebecca, was the absolute best!!! She checked in with us daily and wished us well throughout the stay and when traveling home. Three of the employees, Brianna, Maria, and Jeffrey were also great!!! They kept us entertained the entire trip and their aquagym sessions were intense and fulfilling! We will definitely be heading back to this resort again in the near future! :)
