Aside from no toilet seat in the washroom or shower head in a standing only shower, and a rock hard unkempt bed, the exterior noise from roosters motorcycles and trucks will keep you awake all day/night. Upon checking-out after 1 night, they refused to cancel the remaining 4 nights. And when I tried to cancel the remainder of the reservation with hotels.com, they too blew off my concern and said they couldn't do anything. Unbelievable that hotels.com has this as a property on their listing. A complete rip off

Hotel was near airport and quick to checkin. Needed something for 5-6 hours. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Though property needs an update and maintenance. Personally I would spend more money for better stay.

This is a good place to stay if you want a clean cheap room with no-frills. I stayed here the night before we had to fly out. Good location if you want to be close to the airport.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was covered in mold and grime. Although there was an air conditioner, it didn’t work at all, making it impossible to breathe in the room due to the heat and humidity. There was also no hot water, which made things even worse. The overall cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. I went because it currently has a 7/10 review score. The bathroom was dirty everywhere, and outside was very loud due to traffic, motorcycles, cars honking, etc.

This hotel was located on the outskirts of punta cana. When I checked my gps it said we were in bávaro and on Expedia this property was advertised in punta cana. The neighbourhood was very unsafe, vendors were dishonest and took pay from us. The property had no swimming pool or restaurant and even shuttle bus to transport us to and from the airport. Our room had NO HOT WATER, the toilet seat was broken. I will never recommend anyone come to this hotel ever!!!!!!!
