Disliked: Cleanliness
The address given in the listing was incorrect and sent me to a location 20 minutes away. I cantacted the host and got no response. I had to google search the pictures of the apartment to find the actual name of the hotel.The apartment is very big and can support many people. The lady in the office was not friendly, actually rude. Not eslnglish speaking friendly. The shower still had pubic hair in it left from the last guest. There are no TVs in any of the rooms, only one in the living room. The living room does not have an air conditioner, which makes watching TV pointless. I resulted to watching youtube on my phone in the room. Its in a gated community, guarded by security, and the hotel itself has a gated and secure parking. In 5 years of visiting the country and using VRBO, all of my experiences have been outstanding, but this one experience was terrible. Im glad this wasn't my first visit because i would have been turned off.
