The property was great and the grounds were well kept. The beach was pretty and they cleaned the sargassum every morning. The main buffet had a lot of options and the food was pretty good. This was our favorite place to eat. The Japanese restaurant was also good. The room was clean but it took us 3 days of asking many times and different people a day if we could have sheets for the pull out couch. They always said yes, but then we would never receive any. Our biggest complaint was the A/C. We called every day about the AC, not working. The coolest our room ever got was around 73 degrees at about 3am. The rest of the time it stayed between 78 and 82.The bathroom was even hotter. They would respond that they would fix it and that is the best I ever got throughout the whole 6 day stay.

The property was very nice, very clean very very helpful!! But only thing I didn’t appreciate that I was expecting “VIP “ treatment. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. The room aswell I payed for a queen size and got. Double bed and was told that there’s no change that can be made…. I stood 5 days there’s check out 12 everyday how was that possible that I didn’t have a chance to move rooms. OTHER THEN THAT FOOD, ENTERTAINMENT,CLEANNESS , STAFF 10/10.

I didn't like the Sanoa Island tour offer by the vendor inside the hotel premise, because it was not what the offer in the brochure. I understand that these tours are not part of the hotel package, but the hotel management allows the tour companies to offer this fake tours to tourists, so therefore they are responsible for good services. I'm available for telephone call to expand on my experiances.

Staff couldn’t be more friendly or attentive . The food was great specially, La Bodega and waiter Juan C. The property is not new but they keep it clean. Our first night the room was unlivable because of the humidity but the second day they offered another room. Pools are great, the music and the ambience. They never gave me my perks and it seems like they don’t love guest who book through travel apps. Also they’ll be really persistent offering a membership to a club. I can’t forget the excellent massage we received in the spa, not cheap but great.

Overall it was a good experience. The seven $10 vouchers I received were essentially worthless, as you could only use a maximum of $20 toward the ridiculously overpriced products or services. The food options were good, but the dinner reservation process for a couple of the restaurants—where reservations were mandatory—was not great. The only way to make a reservation was through their website on the same day, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. I tried at 7:10 a.m., and it was already full. Also, the service at the buffet was not very efficient; I had to wait around 10 minutes just to get water.

This is an all inclusive with no service by the pool. You have to go and get your own drinks. Very poorly air conditioned. The restaurants close early when they’re open. They don’t change your pool towels.

I was supposed to get a room with a king bed, instead I got one with two queen beds. They say that it depends on availability. They food was good with lots of options. It was tasty too with a variety. Lots of fruits.
