Is good but key was problem with redo it (they said is new service) daily and food service is to be honest very bad .you can’t ask for a coffee bc u get an attitude. also we saw the cleaning lady’s throwing the sheet from one floor to the other staircase which I feel is very dirty to sleep on those -otherwise everything. Else is okay

The staff was friendly and the food was good. The room smelt musty, which might be because of the extreme humidity. There were a couple of times where the other guests would play extremely loud music. Tried calling front desk and no answer so I had to call room myself.

I made the best of my stay, but this resort is really for the 18–30 party crowd. It’s outdated, doesn’t look, smell, or feel clean. My sheets were stained, I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom, and many areas like the ice machine and vents were rusted. Furniture was old and squeaky. They claimed to upgrade my room, but I had no view and was placed next to a noisy staff storage area—woken up daily at 5–6 AM by banging plates and carts. The liquor was terrible—watered down and low quality. Every mimosa I had was warm. If you like name-brand alcohol, bring your own. Food was okay; the jerk chicken stand was the best and the steakhouse was decent. The restaurant servers were the highlight—friendly, respectful, and they made an effort to remember you. Unfortunately, customer service at the front desk was poor. I never received the birthday champagne promised to my room, and no one helped coordinate decorations. A staff member at the steakhouse said he reserved and decorated for my birthday dinner, but didn’t follow through, even after daily reminders. If you just want to party and don’t care about cleanliness or comfort, it might work. But if you want peace, aesthetics, and better service, this isn’t the place. I wouldn’t stay at a RIU resort again.

This Riu location is not around anything close where you can walk and explore like I like to do. Other than that, this Hotel was great!

Amazing staff! Staff was absolutely amazing and they really make your stay 10x better. Beach is beautiful and vibes are on 10! Rooms could use some updating though

The property was very dated. The rooms need to be updated. There were visible spots in the linen. A renovation needs to take place. Tue door keys are easily erased. I was getting my my key reprogrammed once a day. Lastly, the front desk staff were not friendly; lacking customer service.

Everything was good—I had an amazing birthday trip! The only aspect they need to work on is the food. The resort has plenty of options available, but most of them aren’t very good. We had a hard time finding anything decent to eat during our stay. Other than that, it was a great experience.

There were some areas that could use updating but overall the hotel was a good value for your money. There was a little bit of a musty smell in the rooms.

The room wasnt that great. First day after check in no water was in the toilet. The bathroom mirror needs to be replace. The parties were good and most of the staff. There was one restaurant where the food tasted good but the food was horrible.

Theme restaurants( indian, Spain and steak house) was not a good experience, they expect you to know how it is served and options of plates, ask for advice on plates and the answer was' check the menu'
