The service was excellent. The beach unfortunately not pleasant as other places in Punta Cana. This year the amount of zargasos is terrible despite the efforts of the workers that every day are cleaning the shores from sunrise to sunset.

Property is really nice and clean but communication with the staff is very hard (and they don’t smile easily) Dining is very limited and the buffet is redundant (good food though). The chemicals used in the pool are very strong. Although it’s supposed to be a 5 star resort, I’d say it’s more a 3.5 stars

I was at serenade Adults only 9 nights. It's very clean property. Food very good. Stuff frendly. But huge minus lot of weeds and you can't sweaming in the ocean. Nothing happens on property. No activities, no pools party. Totally nothing. If anyone love very quiet place, that's for you. What you can do on this property. Eat,swim in pool or be in your room. That's all.

I had a very relaxing vacation.. master suite was worth the money.. service is amazing and people were courteous… food is satisfying.. pool is amazing you have access to both hotels..only thing that wasn’t great was the beach because it had a lot of seaweed but I heard it was seasonal.. has activities for you to do through out the day, you would have to go out to another beach… 2 excursions I recommend is sonoa beach and samana beach excursions..

The resort was great the workers were very friendly and made sure everyone was having a good time. The only problem i had was a roach was found in my room and a roach also appeared in my aunts room as well.... when i went to the lobby to complain about it.. they just told us they will send someone to exterminate and kill the roach.. but they never confirmed that the roach was gone. I had to sleep that night knowing there was a huge roach in my room the next day when we were getting ready for bed, we found the dead roach. They denied to change our room nor did they accommodate us with a free massage. At least we received nothing for the inconvenience. Also, we overheard workers talking in Spanish that they've seen a roach as well. They were speaking very loudly in the buffet not knowing we also spoke Spanish.
