I called the hotel 15 times , it literally took me 3-4 hours the day before to set up transportation, was transferred to the wrong person and then was told they do not offered transportation after all of this effort. I set up my own transportation and paid 60 $ but come to find out later that the hotel have free shuttle to airport and back .
Communication was the biggest problem , no one was speaking English so there you can guess how everything could be horrible since we could not communicate, .
Pool nasty , dinning choices only one , service for breakfast terrible and food choices all pork ( did not consider the one do not eat pork .Food was cold and u could see that they were not fresh and it was out of store freezer . Spoke to the manger and nothing was done .I spend 2000$ for three nights and of course this was vacation from hell , we left early and pay extra for airlines ticket . We order food from room service , the food came out not cooked , the pizza dough was not cooked at all . After eating since we were so hungry my husband end up having diarrhea soon after . He stop eating until we left the hotel .
