Disliked: Cleanliness
This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. We called the phone number listed on Expedia countless times, and every single time the number was disconnected. There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment. Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the decision to cancel the reservation. We then requested a refund through Expedia, but it was denied. Despite the fact that no one could contact the owner, we were still charged and the money was not returned. This reflects a complete lack of communication and reliability. Very disappointing experience.
Stayed 1 night in May 2026
