We were quite surprised for the cost of this VRBO that it wasn't better maintained. I think the host should provide the staff with a checklist of items to either be replaced or added. The kitchen ware - glasses were broken and only two wine glasses and 3 drinking glasses and the frying pans and other kitchen ware needs to be replaced. water dispenser was broken, repaired once but then leaked again. Very limited supplies, no extra garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, 2 tabs only of dishwasher soap. Manuel, the property manager was excellent in responding to our requests and came with some supplies as per our request. We also noted to him that the master bedroom upstairs door was broken when we arrived and we were unable to close our door, we spoke to Manuel right away as we didn't want to be held responsible for this damage. Duvert covers had holes in them, and towels need to be replaced, sheets had stains on them. Elevator broke down for two days, and guests that had mobility issues and could not climb the stairs from the penthouse suite. It is a beautiful location on the ocean, and sizes of rooms are amazing, therefore I think if it was properly maintained, it would receive a much better rating.Broken lawn chairs on the deck hidden around the corner should be removed and replaced as well. Please give your staff a check list, and address the issues described above.
