Unwind in Babcock Ranch at this lovely home. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, this amazing property provides a wonderful space for guests to relax and recharge. The house features excellent amenities including water view, gated community with a community pool, fire pit. Additionally, there is an additional space with an office and a sofa bed, perfect for those who need to work or accommodate extra guests. This home also feature a 2 car garage and a 300 sq ft covered Lanai with an outdoor kitchen. This year we purchased a street legal golf cart for your use during your stay. Babcock Ranch is a fully accessible golf cart community so it only makes sense to have one. We hope you enjoy what our place and what Babcock Ranch has to offer.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was new, spotless, tastefully decorated, and was stocked with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and Babcock Ranch has a host of parks, restaurants and activities.Richard was incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and even offering great local tips (such as the Babcock Ranch eco tour).I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Punta Gorda area.

Stay in Babcock Ranch

Nice furnishings and well-appointed with what you need. Very clean and welcoming home at the end of the street. Quiet and gated neighborhood and everyone in the neighborhood seemed very nice. Close to Founders square with nice walking trails. We like to cook so we used all the appliances including the BBQ and everything was perfect. If there was any constructive feedback it would be to include a hair dryer for the girls. Thanks to Richard, for the easy check in and quick responses to the couple questions we had during our stay. Cheers!
