Fully bundled and gated community located on the 10th hole of Babcock Ranch golf course with lovely lanai sunset views overlooking Lake Babcock. A 1 minute walk to state of the art and recently completed pools (lap and leisure) with restaurant, work out center, spa as well as tennis and pickleball courts. The condo is new and was completed in May of 2023. Newly furnished and located in the larger Babcock Ranch development. Multiple pools, restaurants, famers markets, concerts, sports facilities, food trucks, walking trails, lakes, wildlife and ecological greenspace all located in Babcock Ranch which is operated on 100% solar energy. The unit is fully stocked with a large bright open kitchen concept with both the kitchen, dining area and living room overlooking the lake and golf course.
