This new construction property was completed in November 2023 and features a large living room, kitchen, and dining space as well as two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The location was purposefully selected to showcase the best that Punta Gorda has to offer. Only being two blocks from downtown allows guests to enjoy the many bars and restaurants that are offered. The newly finished Sunseeker Resort is just across the bridge where guests can access the many bars, restaurants, and pools within.
