The home was absolutely beautiful, as well as the neighborhood! We did not lack for anything during our stay. Both the pool and the hot tub were so relaxing! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. John was wonderful about answering our questions. We would definitely rent this again

We made a last minute decision to go to Florida and were surprised to find this gem of a home! Everything was as advertised. The layout is very functional with the primary on one side of the house and two bedrooms on the other. The kitchen is spacious and functional and the great room is very comfortable. It was quite cool when we first arrived, but it warmed up and we really enjoyed the heated pool. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the location is convenient and quiet. John and Beth were responsive and helpful. We would definitely return to this home!

What a great place to stay in PGI! The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Actually, it looked like new. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The hot tub was perfect. Didn't use the pool as it is still cool in PG. The lanai had plenty of sun if you want to catch some rays and free vitamin D. The home was an easy walk to the little strip mall with some shopping and a couple restaurants. Nice location and quick to everything that Punta Gorda has to offer. John was helpful and quick to answer our questions. We would love to return some day.
