Overall, the experience was memorable and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful – the views, the layout, and the atmosphere make it an ideal getaway location. Many of the staff members went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize several employees whose service truly stood out (Cameron, Alberto, Ashley, Steven, Doug, Stephanie, Mercedes, Suzaneatte, Dawn, Kyle (server at the pool), Bryce, Morgan, Sarah and Kay - thank you!). However, I do feel there are some areas that need improvement, particularly when it comes to pricing and guest service policies. We opted for the all-inclusive meal and drink package, which was quite expensive, yet it did not include bottled water – something I found surprising and a bit unreasonable. In addition, the daily incidentals hold was quite high, which added unexpected pressure on top of an already premium-priced stay. A major concern I had was with one of the managers at Harbor Yards, Kyle, whose attitude toward us was far from professional.

Nothing unique. I got a cabana and asked to have one next day called us and gave it to someone, even tho the Indian Mananger said there was a 30 min period, we called back within 5 min (I have proof) smelly hall ways, people smoking week, there was as no cooler or speakers policy, but apparently Cuban people are exempt from it, manager don’t care. If you have kids and want to spend money don’t come here it’s horrible. All these Cuban people smoking weed and playing loud music. I’m Hispanic but I’m paying $900 per night, all of this commotion shouldn’t be allowed. For everyone wanting to have a nice peaceful time with your family this is definitely not the place

When I checked in girl with long black hair Named Jules?, at front desk, asked me if I wanted to get a handicap room and I said no. Then she asked me to wait for text messages when room was ready. After an hr I went with her to ask about room and she gave me a handicap room with “Harbor view” Room was not with harbor view and I returned to her and she asked me for a video showing the view and also a confirmation from Expedia showing that my reservation was with Harbor view. Also she asked me if I used the bathroom of the room 2 times and I said No. All the time telling me that I booked through a 3rd party that is different to booking with hotel web. Not professional asking for proof of what I was saying. After I provided what she asked she says the only option was same view but 7 floor instead the 5th and then I said not happy with this check-in experience. And not worth it to move all my bags and not getting what I paid for. I asked about self parking and she told me that will be add it to my room and we had to pay at parking when we exited out. Hotel clean, beautiful but check in bad.

Beautiful property BUT if you stay in the SunSuites it's a lot of walking to the main hotel and the food. Be prepared.
