This brand new hotel is beautiful. We had a quick overnight day so we didn’t get a chance to use all of the facilities but we will return.

Beautiful, well maintained property. The quality has not diminished over time. Same excellence offered no matter what's going on with exchange of ownership. I'm a local and have returned quite a few times. I'll definitely be back. Now I'm booking rooms that are different. The one bedroom suite is amazing! Appliances are commercial grade. Cutest bottle of dish soap I've ever seen in my life. I've been exploring the property more during this visit and I've been wowed more times than I can remember. The decor, artwork ... Just an overall attention to detail that continues to show. It's become a go to for relaxation locally.

Beautiful and clean hotel! Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Resort had awesome amenities and wonderful views of the bay. All of the food we had at the resort was delicious. The spa was superb…the best facial I’ve ever had! All of the personnel we encountered was very friendly and helpful!

Really enjoyed this staycation. The facilities were fabulous and so many wonderful places to eat. The fan is the room was an unexpected spectacular addition to the comfort in the room. My only complaint is that the shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispensers were empty in my bathroom. Good thing I always bring back up!

We checked in for a 1 night stay and Jacob at the desk wrote down the wrong room number. There was a long line at reception so I downloaded the app and after some investigation found out our room number. We had lunch and tried to find space at the main pool which was packed so we went tot the adult pool which was also fully booked and there was no where to sit. The pool staff just basically said sorry and there was nothing to do. We spoke with Amanda and Stephanie at the front desk and they said there is nothing they can do and there really is not anything else to do there on a hot summer day so after 2 hours at the hotel, mostly eating lunch, we checked out. We asked for a refund as the property could not accommodate us with even 1 pool lounge chair, even if we paid extra. They did not offer any refund. Will not be back.

Amazing place to stay

Had a little issue and management was all over it. They handled the issue and followed up. Great place, great customer service and we will return for sure.

We had a king size bed, which was every comfortable. I would have loved more fluffy pillows. They have 7 nice restaurants and a Food Court with plenty choices, from coffee, pastries, ice cream, pizza, Mexican, seafood, asian and American.
