I haven't gotten any good sleep at all. The mattress was all extremely soft and my back was aching the whole time. I told the staff this and the staff told me to talk to their PR department... I even asked whether they could provide some beach chair coushions as they would be better than sleeping on the bed, and they didn't make any efforts to correct the situation for me. Out of 20 years of staying at various hotels, the bed at this hotel was the worst...

First time ever going to Cancun and staying at this hotel. We went to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday and upgraded our room. I was not expecting the room they gave us! Center of the hotel with and OMG view. I will definitely be booking with them again. 10/10 all around for everything. Amazing!

We had 700 points earned due to vip pass, but were restricted to not use all in spa, none of the excursions accepted points, barely anything is possible in gift shop. So what’s the use of points? We had wasted 400 points unused. Not at all helpful!

This property was the worse property we vacationed. Building is very worn down. Jacuzzi had yellow water coming out and was dirty. Toilet was broken and had to call to get it fixed.. When guests close their doors you can hear loud banging sound all the time. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers also broken so they gave us those mini ones to use. You can not book dinner because it's always fully booked in the system although the restaurant is empty but workers are not even trained to accomadate you. Restaurants says close at 11om but not even 1030pm and they alreqdy tell you they are close. Room service was very bad. Every time we ask somethig it would take hours if it will even arrive because a couple times it never came. I never had a more disapponting vacation stay than this. I caution anybody considerong on staying here.

Wait staff were amazing. The beach at this resort is the best! Food was decent for all inclusive. The steak house was amazing! Front desk was not very helpful when we wanted to add an additional day but we got through it.

Beach Palace needs some updating(plumbing taps etc) and more facilities for the younger aged. The sports bar with the pool tables and dart games was very small in size and at 10 pm. was closed off to adults so the older teens had nothing to do.Front lobby entry had very limited space to sit ; thru out the whole resort there wasn't a family friendly area to sit( other than restaurants to eat) and play board games/cards.The beach area was smaller than what I am used to and with a large family , very hard to get loungers. The beach volleyball area took up a lot of loungers and right in the middle of the small beach area..frustrating when the volleyball smacks the loungers and sunbathers. The plus was that the staff are all helpful happy people and very patient with younger kids in the restaurants.

The property was fine. Very family friendly. It is dated in areas. They did run out if towels at the pool in the evening. Get them early! We also had an issue with our remote not working which was never resolved and reported 3 times. Our ala carte dinner at Tavola took a very long time. Overall it was a fine stay for an family. My husband really enjoyed the spa. I really enjoyed the coffee shop. All staff were very friendly.

The property itself was wonderful. Great beach and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Food was excellent. Lots of activities for guests that were included. The only drawback is the adjacent hotels that are abandoned. (didn't survive the pandemic?) Other than that we were impressed with the level of service and the friendliness of the staff.

The stay was amazing, the staff and service made our stay extra memorable. The best feature about the resort was its size making everything accesible within arm's distance and also giving beautiful view from both the directions. Desperately in need of renovation. Could not look around our room or the property without seeing damaged floors, walls etc. Resort credits are a scam and can only be used for a few things (like a $700 USD couples massage). Very disappointed to see swimming with dolphins being offered in 2025 as it is absolutely inhumane. Do better Palace Resorts! Upon check out we were told there was a $61 USD charge to our room for cigarettes (we don’t smoke) and a hand bag (we didn’t purchase). Lots of arguing, proving signatures and bracelet ID’s. Won’t be going back knowing people can just charge crap to your room and foot you with the bill. I will be checking my credit card to make sure we aren’t charged.
